Also Doc Dteremont and his entire staff were all fully vaccinated very early on and adhered to all Covid protocols throughout. Everything else I've said previously still remains the same and I like these guys even more today . Now I am excited about my recent procedures that included extracted my two front teeth, lower and replacing with something called a Maryland bridge. What it comprises of are the two new teeth, of course, and a rigid backing that permanently affixes to several of the adjacent teeth. It's something I'd never heard of and it's cool because no partial plate or implants but rather a permanent solution without the cost of inconvenience of some sort of prosthetic or surgery. The process involved the teeth extraction and a period of healing. Then I came back for a brisk cleaning and they took a cast of my teeth. The last step was today when Doc cleaned everything up again and afffixed & glued the new teeth into place It's very comfortable, almost not noticeable and I can smile and eat corn on the corn again without leaving a weird row of corn around said cob LOL The entire process cost $2400 which is the price that insurance would have paid. That's a significant reduced price from their listed charges and I appreciate them working with me as my insurance does not cover this at all. Bottom line: Everyone here is just as friendly and professional as can be and I am so glad that I found them. Me & Doc also watched some New England Patriots draft highlights throughout today's event, so bonus :-)

Took about 20 mins to fill 2 cavities start to finish. Dr. Campbell who has unfortunately since retired, took so much care to make sure the patient was doing ok and was well numbed with topical solution before the shots. Campbell's care for his patients is clearly a lost art of dentistry in this office. I have adult to teen kids and we've had our share of cavities filled. This was BY FAR the most careless, rushed, painful and worst experience. i spoke to 2 people and no one cared one bit about my son or what happened. This time Dr.Krempa took care of it. And promptly charged me again!!! When I complained to Dr.Krempa, he basically said, "Too bad." I found Krempa to be an arrogant prick and I can't warn you enough not to go to him. He obviously does not stand behind his own office's work. While the staff was very nice, you could sense they were walking on eggshells working for this guy. You could feel the tension. Avoid this dentist at all costs. Laura his assistant was so sweet and comforting and the new massage chair I was in helped a bit too. Tina will clean my teeth using gas also - I mean - I fear the dentist...so this group is special to help work with that process.
