This time Dr.Krempa took care of it. And promptly charged me again!!! When I complained to Dr.Krempa, he basically said, "Too bad." I found Krempa to be an arrogant prick and I can't warn you enough not to go to him. He obviously does not stand behind his own office's work. While the staff was very nice, you could sense they were walking on eggshells working for this guy. You could feel the tension. Avoid this dentist at all costs. Laura his assistant was so sweet and comforting and the new massage chair I was in helped a bit too. They do not add that extra fee for gas right then if you need it like so many around town are doing. Tina will clean my teeth using gas also - I mean - I fear the dentist...so this group is special to help work with that process.
