Most places put you "under" to do this and charge $$$ accordingly. Doctor Kerbil did it with local anesthesia. It wasn't a picnic, by no means, but why other dentists knock people out to do this is beyond me, except for possibly the money. He explained things very well and kept me and my wife posted on the process as it went on. Recovery was non-eventful, pain was there but was managed well, though I was surprised at the low amount of it. If I ever need something done like this again I'll definitely drive the 100+ miles to let Doctor Kerbil and his staff handle it for me. Nobody likes dentists, but I'll have to give them a 5-Star rating!!! They rock!!! (said the almost 70-year-old guy...LOL!!!)

While I understand aesthetic results vary per person, my review is strictly regarding physical harm, documented safety oversights, and dismissive management. * Severe Physical Harm: During one session, a technician used oil with a heating device, causing hot oil burns that left numerous scabs across my abdomen for over two weeks. The owner, Mignon, saw these burn scabs in person toward the end of those two weeks and acted appalled--meaning she had direct, first-hand knowledge of the injury. During another session, a technician who knew about my documented allergy used an aloe-based gel anyway, admitting on a voicemail later that she got distracted and forgot. This triggered a severe, full-body allergic reaction. * Unreasonable Financial Refusal: I only asked for a refund for the two specific sessions where I was physically harmed ($200 total), which I intended to apply directly toward purchasing another 10-session package. Office manager Sheena refused and offered only 5% off a future package. When called back to explain that 5% was unacceptable for physical harm, she doubled down, stating that even 10% off is strictly reserved for new clients. Public listings on ZipRecruiter show technician wages at $18.97/hr, meaning the business nets roughly $80 per $100 session. Refusing a $200 credit toward a repeat purchase for a loyal client who suffered burns and a full-body reaction is completely unacceptable. * Dismissive Ownership & Safety Disregard: Despite personally inspecting my burns, when we asked to speak to the owner, Mignon stated she stands behind her office manager "100%" and refused to make things right. This was very disappointing because I felt like her first reaction to "feeling bad" for my experience was not genuine, and that the money meant more than making someone feel heard. * Administrative Mismanagement: Office manager Sheena consistently fails to publish schedules on time. Because handling adjustments and cancellations is "too much trouble" for her, the office penalizes all clients by capping bookings at just a few sessions at a time. Despite never canceling a single appointment, I was forced into two-week gaps between treatments because management refused to maintain an advance schedule. The individual technicians here are truly kind people, and I hated having to walk away from them. However, I simply cannot support a business whose management prioritizes profit margins, staff convenience, and blind loyalty over basic client safety and professional accountability.

No appointment needed and they gave me a great deal for an IV drip coming to $125 (with a coupon) and had some pure oxygen added to! The procedure was very professional and almost spa like. I was a tad nervous at first but the kind woman who helped me put me right at ease and once we got started my worries washed away. Within 20 mins (takes about an hour for the full drip) I was feeling amazing and so much better. This meant there was nothing to attach a new crown to, so I had to have that tooth removed. Dr. Fabian was so gentle pulling the remainder of the tooth and below the gum tooth and roots. He made sure to give me enough shots to totally numb the area. Usually when I had a tooth removed in the past, there was a great deal of pressure used. Dr. Fabian just gently used a side to side loosening then pulling method. It took awhile, not long, but a lot less pressure, than a straight pull, pull, pull out method. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. His staff is the best. The entire office so nice, friendly and caring. I drive 27 miles one way to get any of my dental services done by this office.

Also Doc Dteremont and his entire staff were all fully vaccinated very early on and adhered to all Covid protocols throughout. Everything else I've said previously still remains the same and I like these guys even more today . Now I am excited about my recent procedures that included extracted my two front teeth, lower and replacing with something called a Maryland bridge. What it comprises of are the two new teeth, of course, and a rigid backing that permanently affixes to several of the adjacent teeth. It's something I'd never heard of and it's cool because no partial plate or implants but rather a permanent solution without the cost of inconvenience of some sort of prosthetic or surgery. The process involved the teeth extraction and a period of healing. Then I came back for a brisk cleaning and they took a cast of my teeth. The last step was today when Doc cleaned everything up again and afffixed & glued the new teeth into place It's very comfortable, almost not noticeable and I can smile and eat corn on the corn again without leaving a weird row of corn around said cob LOL The entire process cost $2400 which is the price that insurance would have paid. That's a significant reduced price from their listed charges and I appreciate them working with me as my insurance does not cover this at all. Bottom line: Everyone here is just as friendly and professional as can be and I am so glad that I found them. Me & Doc also watched some New England Patriots draft highlights throughout today's event, so bonus :-)
