I should give zero stars as the bullets below are details of my experience, but I understand the current environment and I hate to slam. There was some positivity - the individual in the back did come and work with me to solve it, although outcome was still not what I wanted. Experience: Came here to print. Very familiar with the process of using their pc to login into my email to print. Sequence of events: - Printed my documents, accepted payment - Printer was not working, asked the front desk and they told me to email them - The documents were printed but the second page on one of the documents did not align and words were cut out or blurred Instead I left paying 12 dollars (cost of using PC and accepting the print), using the extra step, and still one of the documents was not printed correctly. If you are reading this, I would recommend, if you are not in a hurry, to always ask the front desk for support first because the machinery at this store is not working properly. Especially when you are paying for time using their PC to print. Stay safe everyone. read more

The people here are always quick, efficient and welcoming each time I come in. They're very helpful the time I ran out of tape - they were kind enough to put the label on for me at no additional cost. When I called to ask about shipping costs they were friendly and helpful over the phone as well. By far, the best UPS I've been to and will continue to visit for my shipping needs. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE TO DELIVER YOUR TRADE INS!!!! I went here to shipped 2 phones back to apple and they only received one and they keep the 2nd. Is been missing for almost a month. Took 45 mins to get one package label. They don't know how to ship international and made me weigh everything in the box. They weighed a piece of paper and a straw come on! 45 mins for one!! I took my other packages elsewhere. I asked them to call the manager or the UPS 800 # he refused. No one else helped in the store. When the manager arrived, I was already irritate and left 45 mins later. I can't believe it took him so long. I'm in disbelief! They need better training bc I don't know how all 3 staff members didn't know how to ship internationally. When I came here to print out some very important papers that I had a issue with printing them out because Adobe had some kind of strange blockage on my papers to where it wouldn't let me print them out so long story short the Indian staff that was working that day went beyond his way to help me out with getting those papers printed out so if it wasn't for him working that day I don't know what I would have done so thanks to whoever that ups store staff that was working on that Sunday of 05/23/2021. read more

Older Asian gentlemen is condescending, rude and just wants money. The younger gentleman takes an eternity to do everything lines are usually long because they take so long... have been coming here recently especially because of the convenience came but I will never step foot here or provide them my patronage ever again- I stopped here to drop off an amazon return that required no packing up and he refused to take my return he says that his system was telling him I needed to pack it up when- two seconds prior he was saying that his system wasn't working- funny because yesterday I returned the same item was service by him and I didn't need to "pack it up". Don't try to return any items from Amazon here. The elderly man was so petty he charged me $2.00 to fold a package the size of paper. He also gets annoyed when you drop off any Amazon package. this is the only UPS store that charges a $2 "tape fee" to tape up an Amazon return box. And, no receipt for that "fee" that can be magically reduced if you express shock at the charge. read more

There can be a long line due to scarcity of shipping locations and the staff does what they can, meaning they need to triple the size of the store and staff to handle the peak demand when it happens, but not practical to do so. There is a large parking lot which helps. Yes, the older guy could be better interacting with people but he's from a different culture a couple of generations ago. To avoid issues, it's probably better to pack, measure, weigh, pay online and just drop off there. read more

Sadly this is the closest UPS to me (I don't have a car and walk) because the old Asian man and a younger Asian guy are two incredibly rude people. Not sure why they chose a career that involves customer service. Back story first: Went to this UPS 2-3 months ago to ship a returned product to Amazon. A young ma behind the counter would not give me a receipt - said several times it was unnecessary - was quite rude about it. Said I wouldn't leave without a receipt. With much resistance, finally he gave me the receipt. Thank God - because 4 days later UPS had no record of such shipment - Amazon had no record of return. I called Amazon with the receipt info - they immediately refunded my $134 and said they'd contact UPS and square things. After Amazon got on the matter - shipment suddenly began to them from UPS. A few days ago - had another Amazon return. How odd the young man after all that time remembered me - tried to rush me to get my package out of my bag, seemed like he was trying to create a stir - then he said, "Never mind, I won't help you - I remember you - leave the store and never come back." There was an elder Asian man working there; I went to him. The young man told him not to help me - and again told me to leave. The elder man did help me and was efficient and professional. Why do you think that someone who doesn't want to give a receipt for an expensive product you are return shipping - afterwards, no longer wants your business and expresses anger. I shipped a pre-labeled package today. I was in and out within a minute, receipt in hand. No muss, no fuss. The store looked neat and organized. The young man who helped me was friendly and efficient. I see some reviews here which give low ratings and it looks like they all have one thing in common, ill-prepared customers with unrealistic expectations. 100 pound containers that don't fit on the scale or non-English speaking customers who can't communicate. Some things are just common sense. You can't ship a single 100 pound box. You have to break it up into several packages and they ALL need a LABEL! And not everyone is multi-lingual...if YOU aren't capable of speaking English then you have to be prepared to not need help communicating unless you bring a bi-lingual friend! You can NOT assume a random person you don't know in a business you've never visited will speak more than one language. YOU DON'T! Why should they? And then you blame THEM? I went in with my normal sized, 9 pound, pre-labeled box. Said "Hello". Put it on the counter. The handsome, good-natured man gave me a receipt. I left. It's not rocket science. It requires very little human interaction, actually. They ship. You need to ship. You go ship. They ship it. Any and ALL drama apart from that very, super, uber-simple interaction is your fault. read more
