The staff is far more knowledgeable and patient than the folks at the big-box stores. They are super friendly, and they really take the time to help you. They have high quality products at competitive prices. I love the fact that they carry zero-VOC paint. The big-box stores claim to have this, but if you read the labels, you'll find that it is really low-VOC paint. Not the same thing....still contains carcinogens. Another thing I like about Lloyd's is the fact that they keep a record of the paints you purchased and what room you were painting at the time. So when your kid draws on the walls or you accidentally ding the wall while moving furniture, you can just go back to Lloyd's, and they'll mix up a bucket of the same color. Three cheers for Lloyd's! My family has been visiting them my whole life, and we're never disappointed.

After the Q&A I went in to purchase supplies for our remodel and Odell greeted me as soon as I walked in. She called when it was ready. When I went to pick it up another coworker that has started his shift helped me. There was some confusion on if my credit card was run but it got sorted out. Then today my painter needed another two gallons and I called it in and they had it ready. Great customer service and they are very polite and friendly.
