The folks answering the phone are not that helpful. Some of the sit-down people are good. Yesterday I was in the Janesville location and there was a whole line of people who were experiencing phone problems due to a network outage. Young dark-haired lady totally customer to leave because he was holding a dog. The poor dog was Old and panting and the customer couldn't leave him out in the truck and it was very hot and humid. I think that if this dark-haired woman was a manager she exercised very poor discretion considering The health of the dog and the weather. Very poor judgment. It's able to provide all my internet needs. I haven't had any issues with speed. My internet was not connecting on a Saturday recently. I contacted them via FB messenger and received a reply within 15 minutes. They helped troubleshoot my issue and had internet within 45 minutes. Great customer service!!!
