Upon receiving the unit, I was extremely saddened that whilst the unit was indeed powering on, the output sadly was not producing any tone. To my great pleasure, Matthew from A.C.E.S. was super professional about it & offered to either refund me and I could return it, or they would help facilitate the repair. The latter is what ended up occurring, and even though it took many months longer than expected for the W2 to come back fully functional, but when it did, Matthew indeed made good on his word to reimburse me for the repair work done (by another amazing company, local synth wranglers "Bell Tone Synth Works" (if you are a synth person in the tri-state area, they are the *best*) Anyways, would 100% buy another weird music item or other oddity from A.C.E.S. in the future. I did win many of the items I bid on and lost a couple due to higher bidders, as expected in an auction. My wife and I went up to pick up the items and I got delayed on the gun applications, which was sort of expected with an election going on. I looked at all the items and they were exactly as represented and actually I was pleasantly surprised with the condition as it met or exceeded the pictures and description. As to the prices, they were really fantastic and because I read the fine print, I knew there was a percentage fee to the Auction House for online bidding. The fees are standard and expected, so I was aware of them and still adding them in to the prices I got really excellent deals. I would buy from Reata with complete confidence. The staff were extremely helpful and positive, we discussed some upcoming auctions early next year and I look forward to placing some bids on some really great stuff. If you are looking for art, or modern or antique weapons and so much more you should check out Reata and if you are like me, local, go in and see all the cool stuff they have and talk to their very helpful staff.

I have not been able to contact her by phone or email. When I called the number I had been calling her on they said it wasn't her number. She hiding because she can't explain why she has been no dishonest in her business practices. She never gave me a inventory of items or time to clear out home. Never discussed what we needed to carry through with the processing of the items that were left and or what was needed to carry though with finalizing the agreement. She just riped me off. I contacted the main firm and they asked her to carry through with me. She has not made any effort to call me. I wonder how many other people she rips off. These people act nice but they are dishonest and thieves.

Employees are all SO nice and helpful. Also, they have a DOG employee. They frequently have fun author events and I just love it! I visited here on a weekend trip from Phoenix but would totally make the trip up specifically to visit here.
