Caveat emptor I bid online for items listed showing photos…read moreand won several lots. When I went to pick up my purchases, one lot was missing. I was told someone else was mistakenly given my item, but I was assured, they would retrieve that item. I called and emailed Mr. Harris at least five times, he did not return a call or text. A month later, he discovered his company made a mistake and put the photos of an item with an incorrect description, which he sold to me. Finally, his reply, 'my bad, sorry', he did not make it right - no refund. The phrase "caveat emptor" is Latin for "let the buyer beware."
