Upon receiving the unit, I was extremely saddened that whilst the unit was indeed powering on, the output sadly was not producing any tone. To my great pleasure, Matthew from A.C.E.S. was super professional about it & offered to either refund me and I could return it, or they would help facilitate the repair. The latter is what ended up occurring, and even though it took many months longer than expected for the W2 to come back fully functional, but when it did, Matthew indeed made good on his word to reimburse me for the repair work done (by another amazing company, local synth wranglers "Bell Tone Synth Works" (if you are a synth person in the tri-state area, they are the *best*) Anyways, would 100% buy another weird music item or other oddity from A.C.E.S. in the future.
