He also attempted to clean my leather seats with a heat vacuum/steam vacuum and burned my seats. In addition he burned a hole in my passenger seat and denied it when confronted. I am not sure where these positive reviews are coming from, but trust me, go to a reputable auto detail company because they offer guarantees on their work.
