My windows were VERY foggy and my friends and family said that it looked like people hotboxed in my car or there was a lot of condensation. Not only that, there were white spots on the outside (I think from the wax) and some in the inside. It was not wiped down thoroughly. They worked well in getting out the stains on my seats, and cleaning everything else, but the fact that I had to clean my windows/windshield and the white spots was very disappointing. The price alone is ridiculous, but I was already in line with cars behind me by the time I saw the price board, so I was screwed at that point. My car's exterior was still dirty (especially the front bumper and front grill) even after the wash, scrub and hand wipe down. I had to get the guys to come back and clean it up after they already told me my car was ready. The interior wasn't much better. I asked them to vacuum between the seats and the console, and they missed it. They also didn't wipe down the door wells or drink wells very thoroughly. Basically, this place is a horrible value for your money. I think pretty much any other car wash would do at least as good a job, and probably for about half the price.
