From the moment I stepped up to her counter, Mikayah was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. As I was going through the process to get my license, she noticed I was missing a required document something I had no idea about. Instead of just telling me to come back and starting over another day, she calmly explained what I needed, answered all my questions, and kindly made arrangements for me to return the next day to finish everything without losing my spot. When I came back, she remembered me right away and picked up exactly where we left off. She made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, which is saying a lot when it comes to DMV visits. Mikayah is a true professional patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. It's clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely wants to help people. Employees like her are rare, and I'm so grateful I ended up at her counter. Big thank you to Mikayah for turning what could've been a frustrating experience into a positive one. This is one of two post offices in Baytown, and it's just ok. The other post office has very…read morelimited hours and is in the corner of town. This location seems to always have a line with too few attendants. In recent years, it's become clear that the workers at this location are trying very hard to address all customers by way of a pick-up window and a person that randomly checks for passport needs. And while there seems to be plenty of PO boxes, everytime I inquire about a small one, there seems to only be a large one available for rent... As Baytown seems to be in constant growth, it seems strange that this post office has not grown in over 20 years. A person really has no choice but to visit this place...
