They were attentive to our needs, and helped guide us to wonderful new windows and front door for our house. Their communication was top notch, and when they said they were going to do something, they did it. Their pricing was extremely fair, and they didn't use the same high-pressure or gimmicky tactics that other companies used. The guys who handled the installation were friendly, prompt, and took extra care to ensure every window and the front door were properly installed. He visited on 24 October, and said he'd have an estimate by the middle of the following week. I contacted him at the end of that week (2 Nov) stating that I hadn't heard back and re-requesting the estimate. He replied on 3 Nov stating he hadn't yet received estimates for the excavation for the egress window and would get back to me. I emailed him again on 19 Nov asking again for the estimate and he replied that he couldn't come up with a contractor for excavation and could not do the work. This information would have been helpful several weeks earlier, but now a lot of time has been wasted and any chance of getting it done before winter is gone. I would not use this company for any work going forward, and I will not recommend them to anyone for any purpose.
