I used this service on 11/15/14 for a party bus for my mom's 60th birthday. Reserving online was super easy and the owner Don called shortly after to confirm the reservation. Don was wonderful at following up throughout the process and in helping select the right size vehicle for our event. He even answered the office phone after 5pm on a Saturday. Our driver Rita was so professional and helpful throughout the night. The bus itself was great, everything we expected and more. The photos on the website accurately depict the interiors of the buses. The price was also better than other quotes from other local companies. Rita drove us from South Charlotte, to Dilworth, to Uptown and then back to Dilworth and to our first pick up point. After a night of imbibing I had misplaced my phone. One call to Rita at 2:20am and she had located my phone and delivered it safely back to my home before 3am. I was beyond impressed that she went above and beyond my expectations. Right after finding out that the bus we've booked through another company is a broken-down-wreck. I have a dozen people stranded on the outskirts of Charlotte and it's a scorcher. The heat index is 105 Degrees. Not good. I call Harris (totally-out-of-the-blue) and ask 'em to provide transportation for everyone. In under an hour. Long-story-short. Harris Limo was hired for an event of mine on April 22, 2017. Overall the service was really good. Our driver Alex was super cool and was very flexible considering we were kind of annoying and changed our trip details a few times. Harris Limo also offers really good deals as compared to most other companies. One thing I would suggest for the owner is to add new and updated pictures of the party busses and limos. I had no idea my party bus looked like what it did until it pulled up, it was not the same pictures as on the website (though the party bus was nicer than what we expected we didn't mind haha). Not only did Harris Limo provide me with a limo at an amazing price, they upgraded me to an even bigger party because to make up for what had happened to me with the other company. To go along with this, our driver, RITA, was terrific! She had the best personality and was so much fun. We were so happy to have her as a part of our night. We had an excellent experience with Harris Limo. We hired them to drive around a large group of people for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party. The bus arrived on time, was in great shape and the driver was very friendly. At the end of the night, the driver even offered to drive one of my friends back to his house which was pretty far from the original drop off point.
