From the first phone conversation I knew that this would be a unique and supportive experience. When coming to my first appointment I met with Donna and she supplied me with all the materials, tips, and information on how to succeed on the HCG diet. She provided charts to help me track what I was eating, the foods that were acceptable all in a clear way where it was easy for me to calculate my daily intake and where I needed to be. She also took measurements so every week when I went back we could see exactly where I was. Donna also gave me her personal cell phone number and was accessible via text or phone call almost 24/7. She is what really made this program what it is. Without her support and guidance I'm not sure I could have done it. I did 2 shorter rounds of this program with great success. I was able to get from 247lbs down to 193lbs from July to November with a break in between of about 2 months.
