I was tricked into paying $1800 for 3 fillers in one visit and I was supposed to just be there for a consultation. Sandra guaranteed that I would look great and my face has never been the same. She totally overfilled my entire face when I told her that everyone always said I wasn't a candidate for under eye filler because my eyes swell sometimes she still talk me into it. I was crying right when I saw myself in the mirror. My lips and cheeks were uneven. And worst of all the manager Denali kept putting me off for my refund. I didn't even end up getting anything refunded and she never returned my calls and gave me the run around. Worst experience ever! She even put restalyne in my lips when I asked for juvederm vollure. It was unreal how this experience has affected my life every time I look in the mirror I think of this horrid experience. They only dissolved a tiny bit 3 times and it's still all uneven. read more

New to the area I wanted to try Pearl so I grabbed a Groupon for 40 units of Botox . I will begin by saying that I feel very badly for the owner of this establishment. I am a business owner and if I had an employee who treated someone that way I was treated I would be mortified !! I could have been a new customer worth thousands of dollars . Story: I called ahead of time to ask if esthetician was familiar with giving Botox in the Platysma bands . They said "yes". I arrived and no kidding she injected me with Botox in my bands in less than 3 minutes . No chatting , cold , not friendly at all , just a quick in and out . I was taken aback by the lack of warmth , but hey (?) I'm new to town, maybe that's the way they are here ( I'm from NYC ) I have been getting Botox in my neck for over a decade and 40 units always paralyzed them completely . I am a professional singer and my bands pop out a lot when I smile and sing . After a week I saw very little change which was not normal at all for me . Usually after 40 units it takes a lot of effort to make my bands show after they are properly paralyzed . ( see before pic and after 2 weeks ) When I went for the follow up , 2 weeks later , ( the esthetician SANDRA ) told me that she didn't see it . She proceeded to lecture me and told me that when I make the face it's normal to see them . After listening to her tell me that she didn't "see" it I got VERY frustrated and asked her if she was going to fix it ? She said she would and she did , but not after a heated back and forth and lengthy LECTURE ! I have it all on video in case the owner would like to view it . After all said and done, Sandra could have been kind and accommodating and given me a few more units , I may have come back, but she was nasty and had to lecture me before helping me . What did she win ? Nothing . Sandra lost Pearl a potential valuable customer because of her attitude . Not to mention - I had a giant bruise from first visit and now 2 nasty bruises from the follow up. I know it can happen, but wow - I must have won the injection bruise jackpot ! I hope any potential client has a better experience - maybe there is a kinder gentler SMARTER employee who will give you a better experience . read more

I came across this place from Groupon. I did research on all the spas that were listed who had deals and chose this place due to their great reviews. Zsuzsanna, the owner and the one who works with me, is so sweet and makes sure after every session I am satisfied with the treatment. When I first met her she was extremely personable and made you feel comfortable (and she still does), which I loved especially in this type of environment. 12 laser hair removal sessions later and I have the best results! At first I started off with 6 but needed 6 more due to hair stubbornness. She explained that it's different for everyone, which is understandable. I just purchased more sessions to get another area done because of how awesome it turned out! Her staff is just like her, they're all so kind and accommodating. I'm in school and there were several times where I had to cancel or reschedule my appointments and it's never an issue for them. They always make something work. They also have email and text reminders for your appointments which is convenient if you have a busy schedule. The new clinic is very nice, welcoming and clean! When you walk in you feel like you're in a 5 star medical spa. She offers so many different treatments and knows what you'll need depending on your skin, type of hair, etc. She is patient and she takes her time during the sessions. SANA IS THE BEST INJECTOR IVE HAD! She was very informative and talked about the look I wanted before starting. I was comfortable with her before she even started. I've had my lips injected a few times and it can be painful. Sana made sure I had numbing cream on for a while and once she started I could hardly feel anything! Her incisions were extremely comfortable (I've almost passed out due to other doctors) but even without numbing cream her technique is the best I've had with hardly any pain at all. She also corrected the unevenness in my lips due to some filler dissolving. I'm normally really bruised the day after, but not with her! One day after and minimal bruising and a bit swollen but with makeup on you can't even tell I just got them done. I'm extremely impressed and will definitely be coming back to her for my future appointments. Also pearl med spa is my new favorite spa. About one year or so ago I went to this spa for botox and fillers. had great results. Went back recenlty and the girl who did the treatment was no longer there so I saw another person. in three weeks time no results so I went back the said they would give me a few complementary injections but they tried to sell me on the area needed so much more done. Zsuzsanna is great. I've had 3 different types of laser treatments at her center so far and I've been happy with all of them. The first treatment I got done was laser hair removal. I saw great results after the first treatment, and have since started getting laser hair removal on a my underarms. Zsuzsannas laser is really fast, and has gotten rid of all my facial hair (side burns, lip, and chin/neck area) I also have been getting juvashape with Zsuzsanna. I'm very pleased with the results. I had a gastric sleeve done about a year ago and have lost just over 100 lbs. I have been doing the juvashape while loosing the weight and that has been great for me. It keeps me motivated and I'm seeing great results. I've had 4 out of 6 visits so far with Zsuzsanna and she is absolutely amazing! For reference, I'm a Latina with extremely coarse and dark hair. Previously, I was spending upwards of $55/month just to get a Brazilian wax with so-so results. I was still getting ingrowns and battling with hair growth in between wax sessions. Not cute when it's year round bikini season in South Florida. Although I was hesitant to get such a permanent and costly procedure done, she made me feel like I made the right decision. Zsuzsanna is always very patient and kind with her clients. The numbing cream she recommends severely lessens the pain factor as well. The first time I visited, I had no numbing cream at all (OUCH). The second, I brought my own that I purchased on Amazon (slightly less ouch). By the third time, she convinced me her numbing cream was the best in the market (making it almost a pleasant experience). So make sure to use it 30 minutes before your session because it's a game changer! All in all, laser hair removal has done wonders to my confidence and I'd recommend it to any female (or male) with unsightly hair growth. She has very reasonable prices and is truly a professional. Don't go to a certain competitor that's always featured on the radio (they charge exorbitant prices and awful service). I've had a friend who tried them once and recommended her to Pearl immediately. This place is great! Zsuzsanna, the owner, is awesome and her daughter, Victoria, is wonderful too. They are very friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and kind. They make you feel very comfortable and at ease. They are always on time and the place is very clean! They know you as a person, not a file or number, and recognize you when you come in. Once I came in a day early by mistake and Victoria knew it instantly when she saw me. She clearly knows what she is doing, which helped put me at ease. And she's spot on, every time. She also has a very warm, cheerful, and friendly personality, and she is a pleasure to be around. I've done 9 sessions now, and the results are incredible. My hair is so thin and barely grows back. I don't even need to shave anymore. It takes weeks for hair to grow in, and it's a very small amount when it does. The pain is way less than it was when I first started. (I still use the cream though!) Staff and environment is still the same - friendly, comfortable, clean. I can't wait to see my final results (3 more sessions) - I will update then! After my first visit, the results were amazing. I'm Indian and my hair is very problematic and I thought there was nothing that can truly take away the hair. I'm currently doing full leg and underarm and the pain is not that bad without the numbing cream. Feels better than getting a wax in my opinion. I saw 60% hair loss in the first treatment itself..
