He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. He said he had same-day availability, so I gathered up three friends who would act as witnesses and made an appointment for a few hours later. David arrived to the house and was very professional. My friends are very lively and sarcastic, but David was a great sport and laughed right along with us as we joked around. We got all the signatures completed on the documents and he ensured that everything was done exactly as it should be, even carefully checking our signatures against our licenses and administering the needed oath as required by the documentation. This notary service is also available 24 hours a day, as David explained, so if you ever need an emergency notary in a pinch--even for important documents like this--I recommend their services!
