They are really good at making sure my boxes are wrapped correctly, willing to throw in a little more bubbly-stuff and tape, and always bring up the entire suite of shipping options by shippers, speed, tracking, etc. Fast, efficient, friendly. This place is useless. Every time I try to save myself the longer drive to UPS or FedEx I regret it because Parcel Plus can't help me. They always have some reason about why they can't use a certain kind of box or can't ship via my company's FedEx account number. If you have very simple personal shipping needs it might be OK but if you need to ship actual parcels, there's not much plus to the capabilities here. read more

I would not recommend this business. I called and asked how much it cost to fax something. David said the first page was $2.75 and every additional page was $.75. A while later I was quoted $2.75 the first page and $1.75 every additional page. I mentioned this discrepancy while being rung up by an employee without a name tag. I have used parcels plus several times and each time have been impressed by the high level of professionalism and wonderful courtesy. I had to send a box UPS bu the label I had printed from home was not scannable so the owner said no problem just leave it and email me the label ..I will print it for you and get it out right away. This saved me another time consuming trip into town. Notably I had gone first to their competitor across the highway because it was close to another errand stop and they had told me come back tomorrow with scannable label or email it to me and I will print it for a $2.00 fee. In past visits to Parcel Plus I have also witnessed the owner going out of her way to package odd items and multi tasking admirably with several customers. Great service which is rare enough to merit more than 5 stars if it were possible. read more

So after ordering a few items and then unfortunately having to return them I discovered that this is a pick up location for both UPS and Fed Ex which was great since I had two items to be sent via two different carriers. Quick, efficient, and in and out. They offer packaging services too if you need to mail stuff out and they also have mailboxes you can rent out here as well. Not a whole lot to say here since I'm not a local and I only went in to purchase a box to ship back home. Lots of parking in a bright, open strip mall. Extremely friendly and helpful staff there. It's rather small inside so if you're looking for the sizes of boxes they carry, don't be a yokel like me and ask them if they carry boxes. Just look UP! My 12 x 12 x 12 box set me back $5.40 so not exactly cheap but good solid construction that got my goods home safe and intact! Recently I had a problem with a lost package. I shipped a laptop to my daughter in Brooklyn and insured it for its replacement value. When the package ended up being stolen, the folks at Parcel Plus were very helpful to me. I was extremely impressed by their hands-on approach to customer service and the assistance they provided in resolving my problem.
