Had the need to get some tires since I was riding on baldies and after finding Larry's online, I popped in to see what I could get for my ride. We arrived at a set of tires that would work for my car and we proceeded to get them all installed: balanced, mounted and I even had them do my alignment as it was off. While the guys in the shop were busy working, I spent a nice half hour chatting with Larry. Clean waiting room and fresh popcorn to munch while killing some time plus great prices, great service and super friendly folks - what more could you possibly ask for? Definitely will be back.

I went in for a state inspection and tire…read morerotation and wanted a TPMS (tire pressure monitor sensor) replaced. 600 miles away and the TPMS warning comes on the dashboard again. I go to a nearby garage, get it looked at, and find out that Good Year never put the TPMS in the tire but they did charge me for one! Maybe on larger repairs they give a square deal but beware, on the smaller ticket items, they are looking to upcharge in whatever way they can. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

I get this is a corporate brand company but when you walk in you feel like you are more in a small mom and pop shop. All the same smiling faces. This is an honest and fair shop that isn't looking just to make a dollar. Their interactions show they really care for their customers and keeping their cars safe. They are very polite, and they explain what needs to be done. I have repeatedly attempted to take my cars to the dealerships which I won't name, but without question, every single time they attempt to find something incredibly expensive to be wrong with my vehicle. Aid always finds the actual, less expensive problem. It's really just comical at this point how some of these dealers get any business when you have places like Aid in business. They don't take appointments so you have to get there early but it's worth it! Since I have been going to aid for so long and this just happened this morning, I will give an example. I brought my car to a dealer yesterday because my engine light was on. It didn't say check engine it was just a little picture of an engine. I had just been to this dealer for an oil change and everything I read online said it was probably a loose cap of some kind. I brought it in there and they looked at it, and they told me that everything was nice and tight, and then it was probably something more like the engine. They didn't have any appointments for me for another two weeks, and I didn't trust them anyway so I left and called Aid. I went in there this morning and they kindly put me at the front of the line because it was just a quick look at the light. They lifted up the trunk and immediately found the loose gas cap that the dealer "could not" find. And no charge! They are just the best so I had to give that example. There are many others. They opened at 7:30 and not one living soul approached me. I had to go inside and be told no one was going to work until 8 am three men there eventually and not one approached me to offer their expertise. I had to call the one person I hate to call on for help. I eventually got my spare put on and went and took my business to Rubberbandit Tires where I always go. In the rain Jemell Orlando Johnson fixed me up as usual. If I had been a skinny white woman in need Kerr Tire's people would have been all on it. Never will I ever go to that place.
