I as a 100% disabled army veteran use cannabis to relieve the symptoms of my PTSD, TBI, MDD, & Anxiety and had a months supply w/ me as allowed in CA (not SC) After giving years of my life to my country and knowing I have a constitutional right to travel these lands (that I defended) unmolested I felt asking for me to potentially serve 5 years in prison and pay up to a 5k dollar fine was absurd. The first attorney I called told me he would be able to get it less than 5 years. I almost accepted that, but then I was encouraged to call some more attorneys.
