He is our current court appointed estate attorney, but does not represent you or your interests as an heir. I have hired other attorneys to deal with the unprofessionalism, nastiness & unethical actions of Jon Mills. Read all the recent reviews you can on this attorney before you hire him for your own good. If I could give Mr. Mills negative stars I certainly would do so! He is the most narcissistic & arrogant person I've had the displeasure of interacting with in a very long time. He tries to intimidate, bully & is nasty to those he is SUPPOSED to be representing. I am hiring an attorney that specializes in suing other attorneys to sue Mr. Mills for misconduct, as he has behaved in an unethical, not to mention unprofessional manner towards myself as written documentation easily proves. He tries to intimidate & force ppl to do things he wants them to do on HIS timeline by being nasty & i do mean nasty, not taking for one second into consideration that you may have other things going on in your life and can't just change your plans at his whim because it's convenient for him. He seems to believe the world revolves around him & his schedule, and if you don't (or can't) jump when he tells you to he goes in to attack mode! He sent me an email late Friday afternoon requesting to do an inspection of the estate home on Monday. I did not read it until today but explained (or tried to) to Mr. Mills that I have appointments at the hospital the next two days. BECAUSE I didn't change my testing that has been planned at the hospital to suit him, he acted like a toddler pitching a tantrum and there it began! The nastiness in emails. Him telling me that I was being "uncooperative". Him making threats to me. Him contacting my personal attorney. I not only plan to hire attorneys to sue Mr. Mills, but I am lodging a complaint with the Ga bar based on his conduct. In addition, he totally defied the judges order a few months ago to handle all estate affairs which he was sworn to do & has forced me (blackmailed me basically) to have to pay the estate bills when the will CLEARLY states that the estate is to pay for ALL estate bills. To this date Mr. Mills is still forcing me to pay the bills which I also plan to address in court, as the majority were paid on my credit cards & my only source of income is disability. He's made threats about suing me. Mr. Mills, we will see one another in court You can threaten me all you want to sir. I've got the receipts to take with me to show how you've betrayed your oath & have used coercion, intimidation, bullying and just plain being mean to try to manipulate to get your way due to your power trip. Well sir, as I stated earlier to you let's let the jury decide once they've seen all of the documentation & heard the audio recording just WHOM they believe is the unreasonable & ugly one in this situation because what's in black and white, pictures and audio recording speak volumes! I have tried with you! I offered to assist & lend the estate $ and YOU refused it. I've done everything asked of me, but now I'm drawIng a line in the sand sir. Enough is enough! Mr. Mills randomly made up a LIE stating that I had someone else living in my home & he intended to take further action. First of all, he is delusional & he literally made it up- LIED which once again email documentation is going to show. I literally BEGGED Mr. Mills all afternoon and evening today to please STOP harassing me via email due to health issues I'm having, yet instead he attacked even fiercer. Today was Fathers Day & the first one without my Daddy. It was a tough day for me anyway and on top of that like I explained OVER & OVER to Mr.Mills I am dealing with health issues at the moment. Yet he totally disregarded what I was stating to him & continued to make threats towards me. I told him I just want & need peace in my life- yet he was not going to stop being confrontational whatsoever towards me no matter how much I pleaded with him. Bottom line, this is absolutely the most unprofessional man I have come across! It is difficult for me to understand how he is practicing as an atty as I've NEVER been exposed to anyone in business like him- never mind an atty. If you want someone that will treat you poorly, not reply to your emails (ghosts you) or when he does is nasty hire Jon Mills. If you want someone that behaves in a professional manner as an attorney should, you should consider looking elsewhere. Read his recent reviews on multiple sites before making your decision.
