I explained that I pay out of pocket and couldn't afford unnecessary extras, but the dentist brushed me off and told me to find another office. When I said I'd leave a review, another dentist arrogantly replied that he would just remove it. The issue wasn't just the policy--it was the blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism.
