Logging in at midnight on the first of the month and they have no availability. If you call to schedule they only have a small window when they will answer the phone. Office closes at 5pm and they shut the phones down for lunch. Because they never have enough in car teachers it's taken me too long to complete the program for which i just got changed a fee. Even tho they don't have enough teachers to let me complete in a reasonable time frame. The teachers that we've had have been great when we can get them but the office and there web portal is not worth the money.

There were times when he would leave other drivers in the Casey's parking lot in Harvard waiting for their ride. Unacceptable. He was incredibly rude to my daughter and a complete jerk.
