We purchased 3 window blinds to replace our older ones. The Installer named Kody arrived on time…read more He was very professional and kind with answering my questions. I was super excited to see the blinds beautifully up!!!! Kody took the time to go beyond with excellent service by putting up 3 additional blinds which we had. We really like the quality, style, and function of the blinds!! Plus the friendly sales lady named Lisa and awesome Installer Kody ( who looks like Ed Sheeran) really made the experience wonderful 2 thumbs up!!!

The consultant told us that the blinds came with a lifetime warranty, in case anything went wrong. Just over a year later, and we weren't even at the home for 4 months of the year, the right side of one of the roll-up blinds drooped, making it uneven across the bottom portion you pull down. We would like to have it inspected and repaired. It was then we learned that to have someone look at it and fix this drooping high-quality $1,350 blind would cost us another $125! I spoke with the manager who told me all about how they are a service business, but he said he would come take a look at it. He and another guy came. They said they had to take the blind to have it repaired. He wanted his $125. We reluctantly paid. He calls some days later and tells me the blind cannot be fixed, and he will order another one and call when it comes in. I get the call. He tells me they can install, AND it will cost me another $125. What the !! I told him I wasn't going to pay him another $125 because it is under a lifetime warranty, and it just made it passed a year. We picked up the new blind. I do not recommend anyone buy blinds from Budget Blinds. I STRONGLY URGE anyone wanting blinds to look elsewhere. BUDGET BLINDS IN POULSBO DOES NOT PROVIDE QUALITY.

When the installer came, two of the blinds had manufacturing defects, so new blinds and parts had to be ordered and the installer had to return. On the second attempt, one of the blinds is still defective. Thus, another round of ordering a new blind and getting the installer back. This is NOT what you expect when you pay a premium for custom blinds. The service has been great, but the quality of the blinds is questionable. I'm just hoping we don't have further issues if we ever get all the blinds installed and working.

We've had the blinds on our new window for a few months now, so I feel safe writing this review…read more This review covers Part 1 in the shop, and Part 2 at our house. After making the excursion out to Bainbridge, we walked inside, and as my wife laid out the gameplan to the salesperson, I set about messing with every blind and curtain in the showroom. I received The Look, but the salesperson laughed and started to demonstrate each of the blinds. We examined each blind, trying to imagine it in the new window, making sure nothing would obstruct our view. After an hour of operating, we weren't entirely sure, so we decided to schedule a home visit. Michelle came by with samples, swatches, and a demo of a blind style she was recommending. Being able to see it in action and check the colors against ours helped us choose the right one. She was incredibly helpful during the process. Eagle Harbor is pricy, but it's quality and customer service speak for themselves.

We used Titan for two home inspections as we were house shopping, with two different inspectors…read more They both proved to be knowledgeable and incredibly thorough, catching things that were missed even on a home that had a pre inspection. The reports are exhaustive, and they provide lots of details on what's okay or not, and any action to be taken. No home is perfect, but we were able to purchase with a lot more confidence in what we were getting, which helps to take the stress down on a very very stressful time.

Titan conducted an inspection for the seller of the home I was interested in purchasing. Titan said…read morehome was in good shape, furnace was 0k and roof nearing end of life expectancy. Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

It appears this place…read moreis a hobby as it is open one day a week in the summer for short hours, that day is Saturday and she has a very odd style of doing business. She told me she had come down to water her flowers. I wanted a blind repaired but I wasn't going to go back again twice to have it done with someone who was not the slightest bit accomodating. I texted her the photos she requested of my shade and my issue and I waited and waited for a response. Hands down Seth with Apex is the go to if you're looking for great customer service,…read moreprofessionalism, and vast selection in Seattle. I live in a high rise condo with post tension cable (I still don't fully understand what this means other than it holds the building together and if someone damages it, it can compromise the entire integrity of the building structure - Serious stuff!) in Seattle with very strict rules regarding who can drill into the ceiling. After speaking to 3 different companies in the area about upgrading the wire blinds in my condo, I was about to give up. One company was very short with me and didn't follow up; the other two didn't want to go anywhere near the post tension cable. When I reached out to Seth, I tried to set the proper expectations regarding the challenges I've had. He was very optimistic, said he was up for the challenge and came out the next day to assess the situation. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and even provided some design/style tips. I decided to go with the top down/bottom up motorized Hunter Douglas honey comb shades. Seth also chased down my HOA board to get all the appropriate approvals needed to install the blinds in our condo. The very next day I had a reasonable quote and swatches of samples started showing up a few days later. The installation went very well too. The certified Hunter Douglas installation team was able to get the job done in about 3 hours and took the time to show me how to operate them. Seth was of course on site to help make sure everything went smoothly. I could not be happier with my new blinds, and so glad I took his advice and went with the motorized blinds instead of manual - best money ever spent!

I wish him well in his future endeavors in whatever capacity he feels he would like to operate in as people like him are a value add to our community and society.
