Stopped in today for a minor cosmetic procedure and was more than happy with how everything went…read more Dr Friedman, as well as the rest of his staff, were all very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Procedure itself was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend Dr Friedmans office!!! Thank you Dr and thank you ladies!

My very honest review of my experience. I believe dr. Friedman is a master of his craft but…read moreultimately I was disappointed with how he handled me. I came in about a month ago wanting lipo on my belly and sides. I told Dr. Friedman my story up until then, that over the last year and a half I had dropped from close to 40% body fat to 28, but I just wanted a more targeted fat reduction on my belly. The doctor told me that, while he was willing to do the procedure, he advised against it as it wouldn't get me to my ultimate goal, immediately instead he started to pitch me GLP-1s. I know many people have seen success with GLP-1s, including family, but I tried to explain to the doctor that I didn't think GLP-1s were the miracle I needed. GLP-1s work by mimicking the body's hormones that signal satiation. They are very strong appetite suppressants and I referred to them as such. GLP-1s also take a year to be effective, cost upwards of $130 a month, and research shows that the body doesn't just loose fat, but lean a lot of mass is also lost in the process and as a man, this was something I wanted to avoid. After people stop talking the peptide, 2/3rds of people regain the weight because they have not learned to control themselves without it. I also didn't feel like I needed it because I had been slowly loosing my body fat over the previous year anyway. The doctor tried to convince me that GLP-1s don't just hold off cravings, that they help boost metabolism too, when I asked him to explain how he just fumbled his words around. I came in knowing the doctor couldn't remove all the fat from me, but I did just want a targeted fat lost on my belly. I don't think the doctor was incompetent in anyway or directly benefits from people getting Ozempic. I think he's just very selective for who he chooses to preform procedures on, taking in clients he's 100% sure he can do top results with, and pitches Ozempic to people he can't work with as a means of compensating for their time.

I was very surprised when I tried to schedule myself for Juvederm injections recently…read more 9 and 10 years ago I received Juvederm injections at Dr. Anderson's spa and it went perfectly. 2 years ago I went in for Juvederm injections and had a bad reaction. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.

My biggest apprehention was my crippling fear of needles. I not only wanted the right work, of the best quality, but also who was going to take care of me and who I felt most comfortable with. Dr. Camp's staff never seemed inconvenienced with my calls and questions, never pushy, always friendly. After following on social mediea both Dr.Camp and his wife, Sara for some time, I decided it was time to get my first work done, Botox. Baby steps, right? I called to set up an appointment, explained to Becky my anxiety, and she was able to let me come in ASAP, less time to sit and let the anxiety get to me, and gave me lots of useful tips. Long story, even longer, it was a wonderful experience when I got there. Lovely place with lovely people, genuinely caring about their patients. Sara was so quick and efficient, and they use a few distraction techniques to help. I only just a few days ago had my Botox done by Sara, but I am so excited to see the results and work up the courage to come in for some other things! For anyone concerned about dropping all that $ at once, Care Credit is an awesome option. They had told me about this option my initial phone consult and I looked into it and decided it was a good option for me. I was approved for Care Credit just prior to coming in, which is great that they accept it. 12 months interest free. Overall, I have so far had only great experiences with the Camp's and I am excited to go back! TL;DR Love this place, and their staff. Newer patient, looking forward to go back! Would reccommend!

I think there needs to be a redesign of the reception / lobby area to take the store feeling out of it. I know it is how in Texas - but for the love of good god don't leave you front door hanging open to the elevator area - that also made your lobby extremely hot. Not sure I will use them myself again, but never say never -

Dr Ethridge went to bat against my insurance company to make sure that my procedure was viewed as reconstructive work and not an elective cosmetic surgery. I know for a fact that he called the medical director himself and got the procedure approved. While my procedure was reconstructive, he made sure that the aesthetics were addressed. I mean if you can avoid ugly scars you should right? Since the surgery he has been readily available when I have questions or concerns about my recovery. I can't recommend Dr Ethridge more wholeheartedly as a great doctor and a great person!

I had a breast augmentation done in September 2012 and cannot recommend Dr. Ethridge strongly…read moreenough. I'm rewriting my previous review so that if you're considering Dr. E, you really get how great he is. I'm a PTA mom, not a Vegas stripper, so I really don't need to look like a centerfold, I just wanted to restore the shape and volume of my breasts to what they were like before I had my son (because swimsuits). I did a lot of research and found a nationally acclaimed plastic surgeon in Dallas, who I visited first. He said I needed to have a lift done first, then after a year of healing, come back for implants. The invasiveness and cost of the procedure ($13k just for the lift) made me feel like it really wasn't THAT important. Then I met Dr. Ethridge... He examined me and told me that a lift was not at all necessary, and that higher placed implants would require much less recovery and give me the results I was looking for. He and his staff are all very personable and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. I'm kind of a freak about worrying that anything that can go wrong absolutely will, but I felt very comfortable and trusted him (there's a reason he's been voted Fort Worth's best for so many years). Not to mention his pricing was very reasonable. Certainly not the cheapest I've heard, but honestly, don't go to the cheapest plastic surgeon you can find. I was nervous about the size of implant he said he was going to use, because I really didn't want to look like I had bolt ons. He actually used a larger size than we had discussed and it was the right call. It's been over a year and they look and feel completely natural, and my scars are barely visible. Even though rather large implants were used and my boobs look freaking amazing now, when I'm dressed they are not visually that much bigger than they were before, which is exactly what I wanted. I won't deny that I've had them done, but I really didn't want anyone to know, especially my family (ok, my ultra conservative and super judgey mom). She would definitely give me an earful about it if she knew or at least make some passive aggressive comments if she suspected, but she hasn't noticed. His staff is fantastic, he is knowledgeable, and he is great with follow up care. He schedules several post op visits to monitor your healing and how you're feeling about the results. As with any surgery, everyone is different and you should research the risks, but I wouldn't let anyone else touch me.

It seems that they are still touting this falsity. This was not accurate, as my insurance PA was approved and insurance paid their share with a different surgeon despite not having 12 months of continuous therapy. No where in my policy did it state this was necessary, and this was confirmed by the insurance company. Not only was this an inaccurate statement, but it was insisted upon in an extremely rude manner, as if I or my insurance company did not know what we were talking about. I'm not sure why they insisted and continue to insist that this was/is true when it factually was/is false. It's one thing to have an office policy that patients must undergo 12 months of therapy to schedule surgery, but do not lie and say that this is a requirement when it's not. Alan Dulin or the AIfPS also doesn't appear in the bcbs blue card PPO provider directory, which might indicate that he/the practice is not actually in network with bcbs PPO plans. Lastly, pictures were taken during my consult, which did not happen with my actual surgeon. When I asked him why he didn't take pictures, he said that wasn't a standard experience during a consultation. In retrospect and after the negative experience with their insurance coordinator, that made me uncomfortable. Would have made more sense to do this before surgery when I was a confirmed patient.

*** CHOOSE ANOTHER SURGEON ***…read more Before making a decision, please take a moment to read my story below and see photos of the devastating results I experienced, along with comments from other patients who faced similar outcomes. UPDATE: I will continue to share updates based on responses to this review received from the practice. Over the years, I've reached out to the practice multiple times with no reply. Meanwhile, I continue to endure painful and costly laser treatments, hoping for even slight improvement--and this experience is still part of my daily life. In response to earlier (now deleted) comments from the practice, claimping they didn't recognize me as a patient, I've attached a document provided by my surgeon, Dr. Mark Mason at Southlake Plastic Surgery Center. The practice is fully aware of the harm caused by the procedure, yet I never received the promised refund, despite multiple requests to help offset my ongoing treatment costs. While this may be "in the past" for them, I live with the consequences every day. I wish I had spoken up sooner; perhaps it could have helped others avoid a similar fate. The photo in a swimsuit was taken three weeks prior to my surgery at this practice. The surgery left me with severe skin discoloration across my entire abdomen and section over six inches tall and wide of puckering, which now prevents me from wearing a swimsuit. I'm sharing these photos so others can see the impact of my experience. Please, choose your surgeon carefully.
