Please be ware of leaving a deposit and also read the fine print when signing your contract with this establishment. I was incredibly excited while signing. I had trouble losing the weight I needed to for the surgery. Do to medical issues I was not aware of I couldn't lose. I finally started losing and I wanted to lose more weight then asked and the nurse on Dr Settys team took upon herself to cancel my surgery instead of talk with me first...there for forfeit my 1000.00 deposit and she thinks it's ok but she has taken advantage of me by doing this. I've been getting Botox for 21 years and this is the only place where they DOUBLE the # of units and it still doesn't take well. Then when you call them to tell them, they have you come back in and they charge you more to fix their mistake! Stay away. There are plenty of places with quality service and products in North Dallas. UPDATE- I absolutely did not return for more Botox injections and won't be. I returned once to fix the problem you created and was asked to double the amount of units AND add a few units to the side of the eye to assist with the dropping created by the first visit. LADIES- A woman of any age should not need 75 units in the forehead to achieve results. (I never got results at all) 75 UNITS and I STILL did not have the results that I've gotten at other providers. The challenge is that the response to the review is exactly what you'll get with Setty. They pass blame to the product, manufacturer or the patients age! The question is- WHY were results achieved for 21 years straight with the same product elsewhere using half as much? read more

Update: I spoke with Heather today. I asked her which credit card she put the $800 credit for the two un-used sessions that she promised to refund on 9/5/18. I didn't see it on any my statements. Just yesterday, she said they had issued a refund and "Nothing will make you happy." I'm unhappy because they HAVE DONE absolutely NOTHING. Today she denies she ever offering to refund the unused sessions. Why did u give her my credit card info when I was in the office to issue the credit on 9/5?? She continues to lie. She said since I "slandered" (exposed her) on Yelp yesterday, she wasn't going to issue a credit at all. So, the office is sitting on $800 unused sessions due to a no refund policy? The equipment FAILED. I was treated like I was the problem and laughed at by the staff while I'm sitting in their office. No thanks. I'm out $1600 for Coolsculpting, plus a $200 hair removal package that I can't complete because I refuse to return and be ridiculed. Botox ($400) that didn't last as long as it normally does with me because they dilute their products, plus the extra $70 I spent to even out my face when the Botox was unevenly administered by an inexperienced technician. I wasn't even complaining the other issues until Heather got involved. There's not even enough room to go into every detail of the conversations. It's like arguing with a brick wall. Lesson learned - I'll let my credit card company handle this from here and next time I'll go to a reputable practice. read more

I have been going to Setty's since 2022. I have done dysport, clear brilliant x3, and Halo. I see Irais for injections and she is a true artist. She is conservative with injections and enhances natural features. She listens very carefully and asks a lot of clarifying questions. The results from her are always better than I envisioned. I did 3 Clear and Brilliants and loved my results. I had acne scars and sun damage I wanted to get rid of and the clear and brilliant really cleared quite a bit up. A year later I went to Autumn wanting to do more lasers. As someone with a history of acne I am cautious with skincare professionals. I have done many lotions and potions and been given bad advice. Of all the people I've been to I've never had someone read my skin the way Autumn did. She recommended the Halo laser and BBL. But the day of treatment she looked at my skin and consulted Dr. Setty before she treated me. She and Dr. Setty changed my treatment plan slightly. I did the Halo laser without BBL and LOVE it. The down time was easy, and the results are outstanding. I went back to Autumn 4 weeks later as she had recommended for BBL, but after looking at my skin guided me in a different direction. I saw three surgeons before choosing my surgeon. Dr Setty, his office and staff were the whole package. When making appointments his office was my first choice for the location but of course that was not the most important part of picking a surgeon. I booked a complimentary consultation, where I met with Giovanna the medical assistant and Dr. Setty. Both of them were very professional but also personable. They made me feel comfortable, along with giving me all the information and choices for my surgery. The office is clean and welcoming and did not feel like a doctors office. I was able to book my surgery the same day and they were super accommodating with my schedule (especially during the holidays). I spoke with Giovanna several times before surgery for random questions I had. Day of surgery the staff was great. The anesthesiologist and Dr Setty came in to greet me before and go over surgery again. My surgery was a quick hour or so and I was in recovery. Dr. Setty called me the night of surgery to check on me and make sure I was feeling ok. He even commented on the last minute request I had made before surgery. After reading many positive reviews, I booked a major (and expensive) procedure. There was no contact between the time of payment through the day before surgery (2 weeks). The day before I called to ask about pre-surgery do's and dont's since it was obvious my health wasn't a priority. I questioned if the anesthesiologist would contact me as I was advised in the pre-op appointment 2 weeks prior and was told "we have no control over that". I take prescriptions for insomnia and anxiety. I needed to know if I could continue my regular regimen the night before but received NO guidance whatsoever. There are other surgery centers in the area that are much more attentive. Be cautious if you book anything here. read more

After losing 150+ pounds two years ago, a full body lift was something that was absolutely necessary.. I also felt like I deserved it. I wanted it. Bad. I'm 33 with way too many kids and I was tired of being proud of the weight I lost but embarrassed by my saggy loose skin. I went to four consultations before seeing Dr. Setty (and the only reason he was number 5 is because I booked all appts for consults in a two day period and he just happened to be my last appt) I can't lie, it's really terrifying standing against a wall, naked, as a dr examines everything you want to fix. It's embarrassing. I was pleasently surprised at how comfortable he and Jessica (LOVE her) made me feel. He has a very calm presence that really put me at ease and made me feel safe. We talked about our options and decided on a full body lift, arm lift and leg lift. Keetha handeled all of my insurance needs and she was fantastic! Surgery date was placed and I have to say that first couple of days were absolute hell. It's painful and at times I regretted every single decision I had ever made up to that moment. Third day, pain seemed to start seeming not so bad. After the fourth day I was sore but really didn't have pain that Advil couldn't help. I'm now 3 weeks post op and I'm thrilled at the results. It's amazing what Dr. Setty was able to do. I can not wait to see what it looks like in another 3 weeks. My stitches are gone and everyday I get excited when I look in the mirror.
