I couldn't be happier with the work Copeland's did on my 1987 GMC Sierra square body. They replaced…read morethe engine, and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. It was obvious they take pride in doing the job right. They paid close attention to every detail, made sure everything was operating perfectly, and didn't return the truck until they were completely satisfied that it was right. It's hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about the quality of their work, but the team at Copeland's absolutely does. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. My truck runs great, and I have complete confidence in the work they performed. If you're looking for a garage that values quality and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Copeland's. Thank you for treating my truck as if it were your own!

The knowledge and expertise of the technicians has always impressed me. They work with care and precision and the steps they take are always thorough. Most recently I bought a 28-year old vehicle down South that is structurally in fine condition but had suffered from decades of minimal maintenance. Over this past year an engine issue has been fully resolved and safety-dependent suspension items were diagnosed, discussed fully with me in advance, and professionally repaired. I believe that "you get what you pay for" - there are shops with lower labor rates and fewer equipment to aid the techs. The quality of the work is worth every dollar. I work very hard for my modest income; if I'm going to spend money on a vehicle, Copeland's is the place to do it.

Upon filling a police report I found out this had been an on going problem and they had been there multiple times to remove people from my bus.. Do any know any lawyers that could weigh on my legal rights here!?! 1) it was an in going problem I was only made aware of a month after it started... 2) I have it on good authority that the part is available from junk yards which leads me to believe they decided not to fix it at some point so as to not he held accountable for what had transpired while it was in their care.. 3) they were aware of said problem and didn't nothing to further secure my vehicle or the belongs within or to try tighten security if their lot not even putting up cameras.. just a fair warning to never bring your bus to Palmer springs company in Portland Maine

Seemed reasonable and I liked the tech and counter. They were real people, no fluff, and I felt confident they could and would do the work as discussed and got me in the following week. Will update later. Not sure of the bad ratings. I found staff very friendly and helpful and available when I needed questions answered. My truck was worse than anticipated, discovered after parts came off. Took longer than I was expecting. And was somewhat more expensive than I thought. But this was a big repair to frame and truck bed. Work was excellent best I can tell. Even my mechanic was impressed when he took a look. I would be back.

They immediately, in less than 5 seconds, assured me that the flat was not repairable, and the tire needed replacement. He said he could put some air in it, if it wasn't too bad. I declined, before he could give me the price for 4 new all season tires. I guess $600 would be their price About 5 minutes later, I went to my dealer brand's garage, and the garage specialist put on his coat, gloves, repaired the hole, in less than 8 minutes, and pulled out a small nail, also present, but had not made its way through, unlike the first, filled the tire. Because I was out of town, the repair was FREE he told me. I took the spare wheel off, but the repaired one, and I drove back home, 5 hours later. The brand is always better than independent garages.
