They regularly offer me appointments in Carlisle, which is too far to drive for a 10-minute appointment. The last issue was the confusing way I felt I was basically tricked into buying a second retainer when one was already factored into my upfront costs. The staff seems to turn over so often that I hardly ever saw the same people there from one appointment to the next.
