Harry's is one of those places you feel really comfortable in, whether it's lunch or dinner or just to drop in for a drink. Food is always on point, service is fantastic and the ambiance is simple, relaxing and fun. Great dealers on certain days of the week. To me its defintelty the better bar in town. I always get the TBJ sandwhich and its bomb. Their tater tots are very crispy and you cant go wrong with their sliders as well. As far as Fallbrook gets it's a chill bar and it has lots of screens for the games. They also have a pool table and some board games. The service is good and their staff is attentive. read more

Just moved to Fallbrook and was told this was a cool little bar. It was a casual atmosphere with the usual bar food, conversations, and locals. We sat at the bar and ordered two whiskey drinks. I was horrified when the bar tender grabbed ice with her bare hands . I was sitting at the bar, almost nose to nose where she grabbed the ice from with dirty hands. All I can think of was, oh my goodness, if she does this right in front of customers, what is happening where customers cannot see. So disappointed , and confused, don't know how this is even ok for staff to think they can do. Leads me to think management and training are not interested in customers nor hygiene. Very sad . It's a shame this sports bar isn't so great. The atmosphere is great but the staff & food is a 2/5 at best. The blonde bartender was grabbing garnishes with her bare hands which is so gross. Our food was not hot, and our table was never bussed. The waitress allowed ranch to spill all over the floor and cleaning it was not a priority. People kept stepping all over it and a woman at the table next to us finally cleaned it up herself. I guess safety wasn't a concern? The waitress also never told us that one of the sides was "out of stock" until she was asked about it 45 minutes after all our food was served. I really wanted to like this spot because our family loves sports BUT after reflecting their lack of interest in wanting to provide great service and food It's not worth spending your money here. It really has the potential to be great but things need to be improved with staff and their priorities. read more

I've lived next to this place for five years, out of the 5 years I've been here I've tried to come here 3 times. 2 times I've sat at the bar had two bartenders look at me laugh and continue to not service me for 20 mins each time before I then got up to leave. Needless to say I'll never be back. The decor in here is also some of the ugliest I've ever seen and it smells really bad inside. read more

A great bar in town. The drinks are great, ordered a Empress gin and lemon martini. So smooth and nice. the service and the food is good. Ordered a blue cheese burger which I could only manage to eat half. This bar and restaurant is no pretense just a great neighborhood bar. read more

I don't know who the owner is but they clearly do NOT care that they have the worst and laziest staff that I have seen. I literally sat at the bar for 10 minutes before seeing any staff. when someone finally showed up, I said that this would be a great place to open a bar. I went back 2 times after and the service was the same. Very sad because it has potential but the staff doesn't give a hoot. read more

Decided to have an easy, small breakfast here last Sunday while visiting the Fall street faire that was trying to showcase Main Street businesses. I do enjoy visiting Harry's bar, but on this occasion, I must admit, the food has gone downhill of late. The service issues notwithstanding (read "Friends of Fallbrook" website) along with the ever-present turnover of staff (hard to get and keep good staff these days), my wife's food (biscuits & gravy, a very simple and easy dish) was beyond horrible. I was very tempted to send it back, and I can eat just about anything. The biscuits were days old and hard as a stone. If I had had enough of them I could have built a stone wall. Couldn't even cut them with a steak knife. OMFG! And the gravy was tasteless. So very disappointed. We have too few "good" food choices here in Fallbrook anymore. It's been hard to find really consistently good food here these past many years. read more

However I recently went and was double charged for drinks by a bartender named Jose, He would not serve me at all and blatantly ignored me. Been coming here for awhile, here's the review- Food is decent for a sports bar, most of the staff is very friendly. Lots of tv's, but they struggle to turn them on or change channels. During big events they understaff for whatever reason, making the service drop. The worst part is they play rap music most of the time and at like 8:30pm it turns into a club, not a sports bar. Rarely do they play whatever big game audio through the speakers, so you get to listen to bad music while watching sports. Daytime crowd is usually nice, nighttime crowd is a little rough. Stopped by Harry's Monday night to check out their karaoke venue. Found a friendly bar watching an NFL game, with about 8 participants for karaoke when the game concluded. The KJ was experienced, friendly and kept the songs moving, seemed to know most of the singers. I was able to feel welcome and sang a few songs. I love this little dive bar. The food is great and so is the service. Shout out to Jose. He took really good care of us. Had the Swiss and mushroom burger, so soo good, even better with a brioche bun. Their wings are delicious too. Came across a very drunk guy there who kept hitting on me and they had to come save me so thank you, Jose! They have a big outdoor area in the front which is cool. Harry's is a sports bar kinda hang out on Main Street in downtown Fallbrook. You don't have many dining choices in downtown Fallbrook and after visiting the Chamber visitors center a few doors down they highly recommended Harrys so we gave it a try. Happy to say we were not disappointed! They have outdoor seating out back but it was not available due to staff so we took a seat at the bar. Our service was quick and the server was great. Good beer selection and even a few wines on the drink menu. We ordered the loaded fries for a quick snack and the plate was filled with freshly cooked French fries topped with chili and loads of cheese. read more

Attended an after-business get-together with some friends and decided to give their hamburger a taste test. Ordered a bacon burger, medium rare and a salad for me, a bacon burger medium well and tater tots for my friend. After a long wait, the food arrived. Both burgers were well done and cold, the salad mostly dead and likely met its death some days ago. The tater tots were as good as advertised (5-star). I ordered my burger to be replaced, which arrived shortly afterwards, like 3 minutes, again fully done, but warm this time. They must have had a hot and well-cooked patty left over from before, as it takes about 10 minutes to make a hamburger well done. Next time, we will stick with the wine, which was good, but would prefer a bit less noise to enjoy it. read more
