Their pop-up restaurant moves around to various venues, like wineries and breweries. The service was very good, and Chef Taylor (owner) and his staff were super friendly and open to my feedback. We tried the Old Yeller ($14), a Wagyu beef hotdog served with chips and a sweet pickle. We also tried a bowl of their Wagyu Homestead Chili ($12), topped with cheddar cheese and jalapeños. Their menu primarily focuses on Wagyu burgers, but we had eaten a large breakfast, so we just wanted to try something smaller. I enjoyed pairing the chili on my chips with the red wines we were tasting. We enjoyed everything we tried, and I would love to check them out again to try a burger. I recommend that you follow them on IG ("eatparlor") to see where they'll be popping up next.

Nick is all about service and quality. This he provided so well that everybody raved about the dinner. Nick put together a menu of my husbands favorite foods -cheeseburgers, french fries, banana cream pie and million dollar bars. The cheeseburgers were a custom ground blend of grass fed beef in short ribs, brisket and chuck. The french fries were housecut and fried in duck fat and beef tallow. The banana cream pie was served as individual tartlets. The million dollar bars, a British specialty, started with a layer of shortbread, then caramel and chocolate with chocolate ganache. Our guests were crazy about everything. I heard them repeat that this was the best food ever.
