You may pay for a driveway 20' long, but you'll end up with a driveway 19' long. Or they will build a quality, solid wall at the top of your driveway, but the cement coating will crack easliy - or the wall design will look bad (it is hand carved and not stamped). And they don't have a lot of consideration for your yard - our gardens had equipment dumped on them, blobs of cement were dropped in the corners of our yard, and small stones were all over the place. I'm not kidding - they do good work....so hire them - - if you are home the whole time, and stand out there and supervise as they go along.

Poor concrete pour, forms expanded during concrete pour. Poor concrete stamp, majority of the patio is barely stamped. Poor concrete coloring, the patio is nothing close to the color we agreed to. I was away on business when the East Coast crew came to do the job. If I had been there I would not have allowed this final product, but these guys took advantage of my wife and did an extremely poor job. Have failed to even attempt to fix, repair or some how improve the patio. The bad part is this is poured concrete, stamped , colored and sealed. We are screwed and have to live with the ugly final product. May as well have flushed 10 grand down the toilet

I got a little disheartened and called my realtor and I ended up getting in contact with Jamison. Jamison is very professional and best of all will answer all of your questions promptly. My project wasn't that straight forward and had many different facets to it but he managed to deliver on all fronts. My biggest worry was matching the color of the new addition to the old concrete. Jamison underpromised but over delivered. It matched the old part of the wall perfectly. The project was on schedule and the crew cleaned up the site and now I have a beautiful raised seawall heading into the winter storm season. In terms of pricing, while Jamison wasn't the lowest quote, he provided the best value. His crew was able to install flood planks and do pipe work that other installers were hesitant to do. And the true measure of a contractor and a professional is how they handle themselves when problems arise. The flood planks ended up being installed a few steps down from what was initially proposed but when I pointed this out, Jamison corrected the problem no questions asked. I highly recommend Jamison and his crew. 5 stars all around.

We had a family…read morefriend who would lay pavers, so we really just needed the site to be dug out, base put down, compacted, and screeded. Jose came out and gave us an estimate that included burying the downspouts to avoid water dumping on the new patio. He was prompt, communicative, and gave us an estimate in a few days. We scheduled them to come the following week. He and his brother showed up right on time, and promptly began digging things out. I was impressed with what they were able to do in a single day. Because rain was in the forecast, they were flexible on coming back a second day to screed the final paver base. It rained particularly hard and it became clear that there was an issue somewhere. When they came back a few days later, I pointed it out to Jose and he promptly dug out the spot and ensured it was properly filled in and compacted. They finished the job and cleaned up. After the first day, they left the site relatively clean (considering they knew they'd be back). Overall, I would 100% recommend these guys and would love to have them back to do additional projects at our home. They were responsible, competitively priced, and wanted to ensure things were done right.

Jose provided prompt and professional communication, a cost-competitive estimate and quick professional work on site. Their estimate gave me a few options, depending upon my budget. Though the work was done on my driveway, they worked to ensure there was very little disruption to my personal schedule. The end result looks great and my neighbors all compliment the "face lift" it has given our front yard. I would recommend Dardah for similar work, without hesitation.

This would take far too…read morelong, so I'll number it and try to be concise: 1) Sales Rep told us "no demo required" and drafted a plan for somewhere between 9-11 galvanized steel piers to be driven into "bedrock" (later explained to not be the case). 2) $10K deposit already processed when the crew showed up. a) "This diagram is inaccurate." "We need to go under the deck and rip up the first 8-10 planks". b) Wrong - we can't go under the deck. "We need to chisel out the floor at the rear of the garage to install 4 piers there". 3) This 3-4 day job, tomorrow am, 22 Jun, will be day 13. 4) They had an excavator, all the dirt, boulders, and other loose stones parked on the side of the lawn for 12 days before removal. 5) AFTER finally removing the excavator - 21 June - the crew told me I was supposed to remit payment. a) They haven't addressed the large crack in the corner of the garage, and b) I financed 60% of the job through their 3rd party finance company GreenSky. There is no money owed them, once they finish - it's now on a payment plan through GreenSky. PS - Their office has NO IDEA how this works. Called 3 times to ensure billing would be applied to the account we were approved for. NO CLUE AT ALL. 6) They also had to dig to the foundation on the R side of the garage (known). They dug it up to spill over the retaining wall into the neighbor's driveway. The neighbors couldn't use half their driveway for the same two weeks due to dirt and stones falling into their driveway. Read GROK, & their BBB ratings (Boston / Plainville MA specifically). There is always, always, always an excuse. Nothing but "yes man" responses from the project manager. I NEVER WANT ANY COMPANY TO LOSE WORK, because there are too many people who lose business because ppl want their asses kissed. Not the case in this instance. I'm writing this as they still haven't finished the work. LOOK at the pics, consider how the job was written, conveyed, we were told no demo, and this was the garage and driveway for 2 weeks. After seeing the images of the dump truck in our neighbor's yard, the home office sent a kid to Home Depot to get some hydraulic cement. He slapped some in with a putty knife and said "all done". THAT'S how they completed the job. Remember, this company told us 3-4 days. The ONLY reason I agreed to ripping up the garage floor was I would have it back in a few days. The office approved us in MARCH for financing, and their office is telling them to grab a check. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. I hope they read this, and refute it - I'll be happy to elaborate further, this is enough for now.
