Shady. This is the worst rental agency I have ever rented from. I was unfortunate to not be able to afford a deposit to move elsewhere, and was stuck in a dingy, disgusting, falling apart home that was ill taken care of prior to my move in. Everyone I ever spoke to in the office was BEYOND rude, unhelpful, and acted like my presence was a nuisance. Here is the worst part: they are withholding $300 from my security deposit for paint. The picture they showed me to justify this was a picture of a PIECE OF TAPE that was left on the wall. Absolute disgusting behavior. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

He stated something about them not selling it for more than $150,000.00. The Zillow est. was $270K. When I looked up the address, it shows an empty lot. Why? I feel that I have been given a base rate as well that is under the amount that I paid David Owen's trust. I paid $50000.00 in improvements the first year. We are not allowed the capital gains on our homes in Tipton County? It has to go to the mob. Also, one realtor said my lot was .5 acre less than when I bought it. I think she said it was 1.8 and when I bought it at 2.4. Previously, I had a survey conducted to prevent harassment from the family with adjoining land. They sold the home to me. Anyway, the surveyor put stakes up. Recently, Michael Turner moved the corner stake resulting in cutting up to 3 ft on each of two boundary lines. This is a field and he had been farming on my land. I didn't care until they complained and I learned the boundaries. Recently, they moved another stake in the area near the street. I think this was a prank. I am mainly concerned about the stake that Turner moved, in the field he leases, costing me land on each of two boundaries. I will call Erwin again and pay them to return and check the stakes. I also don't want the seller's daughter telling me that I am cutting on her land again when clearly they moved the stake. I have evidence. They are gaslighting me trying to steal some of the lot. I am sick of these thieves.
