Corey didn't come out that day to even know what was going on. We had our own person come out and he was able to fix the air conditioner for $235. All it needed was to be cleaned and a little Freon. I called the office to speak with Corey regarding this matter and was put on hold. When the office personnel got back on the phone, she said Corey was out of the office and that he would give me a call back, which we never did receive. with numerous attempts to get in touch with him. They were also out on another job with our washer, November 2024, they were not able to fix the washer. Their tech did damage in our home, which Corey did take care of the price that it was going to cost for us to get fixed. Upon speaking with Corey, he asked if the guy seemed like he was on drugs. Corey advised that he thought that this gentleman was on drugs, but could never catch him doing anything because he passed his drug test. So, basically the owner had one of his technicians in our home that he assumed was on drugs. I would never use this place again. I'd also give ZERO stars if that were an option.

Chris originally came out to look at our system as part of our Choice warranty, and immediately diagnosed problems that our previous AC person didn't find at all after multiple visits. When Choice didn't cover the claim, he assured that his prices would beat most places like Choate's and we agreed. He was having phone problems, so there were some issues getting things scheduled, with him sometimes coming pretty late in the evening. But when he showed up he went right to it and put us on a course to fixing the problem. Phone issues happen so I'm sure it was more frustrating for him. He found some duct issues and a part that had been installed backwards that was causing our system to not work right. None of this was found during the home inspection when we bought the house six months ago. He also found a mold issue inside our unit and provided options on how to fix that that we'll have him install soon. Here's our rating: Knowledge: 5 stars Scheduling: 3 stars (This is the easiest one to fix, so once the phone issue is resolved, it'll be at 5 stars.)
