    Put an a paid application for a house on Wednesday it was gone on Monday, they took my money knowing they had a confirmed buyer/renter for the property is how it feels. Spoke to an agent by the name of Kelly who played a good role in sounding concerned but just blamed issues on technicalities with the website and that the properties will be available shortly after she spoke to maintenance in fixing the issue with the site, after a few days and no change she reached back out to me asking me if I was ready to move forward, but the reality if the situation was that I still had not seen the properties I wanted to view and it was apparent she forgot all about it because when I raised the issue through email, I was passed on to another agent and the homes were removed from being available. Today is October 31 and do not see how you will fix this so that it does not happen again, the application for the house I was interested in should have been declined, being that the company already had a renter /buyer, but instead you took the money and brushed me off, by saying that my application is good for 45 days but not for the home I was interested in , that is unacceptable. This company is a perfect example of greed in America. I found another house I was interested in on the website that claims this houses are available for rent, I had to drive to the house on several different occasions just to view it, the first time I attempted to view the property I was denied by the automated service after confirming thru text . The second time I had confirmed thru a representative and still had no luck in viewing, the incompetent service had frustrated me at this point. I spoke to a manager who claimed they can address my issues, after speaking with this man I was able to see the property, to find out the house is not ready to be rented and that it would not be ready for rent soon, and the reason for that was the need for rehab as the house had multiple repairs needed to be made, they were ready to take my money for this house but not ready to give a date for availability. I do not understand why they had it listed, for no other reason than to give you the false knowledge of available properties. And to the one who responded to my post, actions speak louder than words, waiting for you to correct the misguided advice you give and allow to happen just for the sake of taking another one's application without true and factual transparency

    My AC is set at 68 degrees but it's hot as a furnace at 94 degrees in my apartment since last month. 4 months and no working sockets

    I would give -5 stars if I could. This is at the Graceland Point Apartments in Memphis Tennessee, a Reedy and company managed apartment complex. Nothing gets fixed and the office offers zero help. It's 94 degrees in my apartment today and the AC hasn't worked in over 3 weeks. A whole wall with sockets that don't work. I'm looking for a way to get out of this contract so I can get a better place to live. Please do not make the same mistake I made and rent from them.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a HORRIBLE company. They never pick up the phone, they don't fix ANYTHING, and the people who work there are rude. I have received several text messages regarding me not paying the rent when It was PAID. Additionally, whoever sent the message was rude when I responded to about how they communicate well when they want money, but not when things need to be fixed. (See photo) Apparently I was supposed to give 60 days notice prior to moving out by filling out a form, but I gave 52 days and they made me stay ANOTHER month paying $200 more in rent. After my lease was up, I came to the office to inquire how to get my security deposit back (CAUSE THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE) and I was told since I left the garage remotes in the house, they may charge me for another month. In addition, I had to fill out ANOTHER FORM upon move out and that wasn't stated in the FIRST form I filled out. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. If they try to take my security deposit, I am filing a lawsuit without blinking an eye. 9/19/18 Update: Reedy and Company told me 7-10 days to get my security deposit. Today is the 10th business day. Went up there (CAUSE THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE) and now they are telling me 30 days and to leave Ashley a message insinuating that they won't be picking up the phone of course.

    Shady company, slum lords! Actually sent messages out during the recent outbreak that rent and late fees will be charged per normal, going so far as to state that amid the Coronavirus outbreak we must focus on "business first." Shameful.

    Its ridiculous how your hours of operation and availability to your tenants Have changed to accommodate you and your crisis, yet you send outs harassing text messages to your tenants saying basically that what is going on in the world is not your problem. It is clearly your problem since your hours and your availability are changing due to what is going on. This is a horrible company and I hope that somebody report you to the news so everyone can see what A discrace you are .

My laundry machine literally started burning, and no one ever came to check it for safety. It is still broken, and all I ever hear is "someone will call soon," but no one ever does. My power went out for over 16 hours, and instead of treating it as an emergency, they refused to pay the emergency fee, leaving me without food, air conditioning, or Wi-Fi. Every time I ask to speak with a supervisor, my coordinator promises a call back that never happens. This has been the same excuse for weeks. They are negligent, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible. Avoid this company at all costs.

    We had nothing but problems with this property management team from the beginning, which would…read morenormally deter us from renting from such a company, but being in a desperate housing situation, we really had no other option. Now they are withholding our entire deposit and charging an additional fee for prior damage and disrepair that was obviously present before we even toured the townhome. The damage is even in the photos we viewed when presented with the rental, which we were assured all would be cleaned and handled, but was in fact not. We left the townhome in better and cleaner condition than was given to us and yet they still maintain that we owe for damage and beyond reasonable wear and tear. I couldn't leave this rental fast enough. the entire one year lease was utter torture and we were not happy in the least, there was undisclosed mold that made us ill, broken faucets, toilets, air conditioning, the list goes on and on. The unit was not cleaned before we moved in, as was promised. The cleaners had 5 days before we moved in to clean but came on the day we were to take possession and we were literally moving our belongings in and they proceeded to deny cleaning because they don't clean with residents present, mind you, we had no notice or forewarning of any of this, so it was confusing and frustrating to say the least. We have documented all damages but little good that does you in a state where your only protection as a renter is to take them to small claims court, which I'm sure they're very well aware of and are capitalizing upon. I highly recommend you do anything in your power to avoid this property management agency, they will straight up steal from you and ruin your credit profile.

Instead of a simple phone call to walk through the payment solution, Eric Dover and Wright Property Management chose to turn the matter over to collections and attorneys within three months, adding hundreds of dollars in fees and filing a lien. Not every 84-year-old homeowner is comfortable navigating digital platforms, automated systems, or online portals. When communication finally occurred, the only "solutions" offered were digital portals and online systems -- despite the fact that the banking fraud itself disrupted the automated payment process in the first place. Dover was rude, curt and uncaring. The HOA dues themselves were paid immediately once the issue was discovered. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of compassion, accountability, and human judgment before escalating legal action against a homeowner with a long history of on-time payments. This experience felt heavily automated, unnecessarily aggressive, and frankly egregious. People working directly with homeowners, especially elderly residents, should understand how to communicate with human beings, not just process them through systems.

Upon hearing that they wanted $50 before they would allow you to view the property, I complained over the phone and the employee assured me that it was not a scam, told me to come to the office, and that they would take my information for their records and allow me to see the house, insinuating that I would not have to pay the fee. After driving to their location in East Memphis, I discovered that they still demanded that I pay the fifty dollars and submit the application, otherwise I could only "look through the windows." The employees give inconsistent information and are extremely rude -- one said "why don't you lighten up, I'm trying to help you" and another remained seated in a lobby chair while I stood. They require a $50 application fee before they'll show you a place. I visited their office on Poplar and had a very uncomfortable experience with the "agent" working there. I asked politely about their rent application process, what documents I needed to provide, and what times were available for viewing properties. The man got defensive and said "you're asking a lot of questions." They want me to hand over all of my personal information to a stranger but got defensive when I asked very typical, logistical questions about applying for a place to rent. Very sketchy.
