I wrote this review on The Knot but I wanted to share it on Yelp too :) My (now) husband and I had the PERFECT DAY at Hart and Main. We highly recommend this venue to all our friends and family who are planning on getting married. The venue is more of an intimate yet accommodating size and convenient if you are planning on having both the ceremony and reception in the same location. Highlights that we loved: 1. There is an upstairs bar that we still get compliments about from our guests! 2. The bridal and grooms suite are beautifully decorated. 3. The bar services provided exactly what we wanted for our guests to have a great experience. We also added on the champagne wall. So unique and a nice touch. 4. The natural beauty of the venue made it so that we could focus on high quality flowers rather than feeling like we needed to decorate everything ourselves. As a plant lover, the plant wall is STUNNING. 5. We wanted our pup to share our day and they are dog friendly! The most important thing for us was that we booked a vendor that would be responsive and be able to provide us with a buildable package. Hart and Main was able to provide just that! My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at this beautiful venue. Everything -- from the space itself, to the in-house catering (Little Juniper)/bar, to the staff -- exceeded our expectations in every way! It was so convenient having high quality, beautiful table and chairs provided by the venue. The spacious bridal and groom suites were a game changer, making getting ready for the big day so easy. The venue also has heaters (our wedding day was a bit chilly!) and they created the perfect temperature outside for all our guests. From day one, working with Jordan was extremely pleasant and she made sure the logistics throughout the process were stress-free. With its competitive pricing, friendly staff, and the INCREDIBLE plant walls, it was a no brainer to choose this venue. Hart and Main is the best venue in Newhall, CA. I knew I wanted to get married here before I even got engaged. The staff is amazing and I mean amazing. My husband and I got married there almost a month ago. My family and friends are still talking about how much they loved the venue, the food and the cocktails. Mike is so passionate about cooking and you can taste that in his food. Jordan is the best and I felt like I've known her forever. She is so sweet and so helpful. This review is mainly because I spent a large time researching this venue for a wedding on their beautiful website and decided to pull the trigger and get additional information and schedule a date to view the venue and possibly schedule. Granted, wedding is a smaller more intimate wedding, provided them all of the information they requested on their site, submitted an inquiry for someone to reach out to me about a month ago, and no response. As a bride looking for a venue and trying to give opportunities to smaller businesses where we live, this isn't the spot for us -- or any bride expecting a response to their inquiry. Maybe our wedding was too small to expect a response but word of mouth and Yelp goes a long way. read more

Wow, I don't even know where to start. From the beginning, we knew Hart & Main was the venue for our wedding. It was the only place we toured! From our initial inquiry with Jordan, to the year we spent planning with Melissa from the Tricia Dahlgren team, to working with bar manager Mike, our experience here was amazing. The venue is so stunning with the natural greenery, earthy decor and beautiful rooftop, you really don't even need to decorate! The entire team at Hart & Main were so attentive, genuine, accomodating, and hard working. It's almost unheard of in the wedding industry! We were able to bring in our own vendors which was a huge bonus for us because it allowed us to customize our event to really feel like "us". My husband and I had the most amazing night of our lives, and our guests were equally as blown away as we were. Special thank you to Melissa and Keller for executing our wedding day so seamlessly and happily accomodating anything we needed. I went to a beautiful wedding at this location. I loved that there was misters on the roof too but it was a bit much and every once in a while there would be giant blobs of water coming down. The little waterfall wall at the entrance is very cute but I'd suggest figuring out a way to keep the champagne from getting warm because that was gross. Idk who was in charge of that though just saying. read more

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding, we hosted 60 guests for a Sunday brunch-style ceremony and reception. The space was absolutely perfect--it was the ideal size for our guest list and didn't require much embellishment, as the natural greenery and atmosphere created such a beautiful backdrop on its own. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we've heard nothing but positive feedback from them. What really stood out, though, was how easy the venue team was to work with. They were incredibly organized and supportive throughout the planning process, which made everything feel seamless. They were able to accommodate our early timeline without issue. I especially appreciated that they offered several "open house" events which allowed me to visit the venue easily for planning and family/friend tours. Hart & Main was the wedding venue that Southern California needed. The team spared no detail and believe us, they thought of EVERYTHING. The venue is gorgeous and you will not need for anything once you arrive for the day. We held our ceremony and reception at the venue and even had both of our wedding parties get ready in the suites. The plant wall with built in wood paneling means that we did not need additional decor for our ceremony or reception. That meant that we could focus on budget on the things that mattered most to us. There are so many built-in photo ops, from the mural outside to water feature to the geo wall to the adorable Main Street just outside. We hired 2 HMU artist, but could have had double that and the private bathrooms meant that everyone could spend the entire day in the suites, if needed. The commercial kitchen meant that our caterer had everything they needed on site. There is even space for a food or dessert truck, if you go that route. Mike, the head bartender, devised a custom specialty cocktail and mocktail for us, with fresh ingredients and custom syrups. That's unheard of with other LA bar services. The event coordination partner (Tricia Dahlgren) is also A+. Our coordinator was Melissa and she was a complete boss! We signed our venue contract with Hart & Main, site unseen. It was April 2022 and they weren't even finished with the interior. But the renderings were incredible and there was such a distinct vision in the eyes of the team that you knew that they were going to pull it off. To say that they outdid themselves is the understatement of the century. I cannot recommend H&M enough. Just put it on your list of venues to tour. You'll be just as charmed as we were! read more

My wife and I had our wedding here this past October and it was incredible. The venue itself is beautiful. The venue staff and management were awesome. Very communicative and reached out ahead of time before deadlines. The Wedding coordinator, whom we booked through the venue, was absolutely incredible. The bar packaging and company through Hart & Main were great and the drinks were so so good, some of the best drinks we've ever had! The wedding suits for both the groom and bride were beautiful, clean, and refreshing. The venue itself is very welcoming and warm. The day of our wedding it was nearing about 100 degrees as we were blessed with a heat wave & had worries that it would be too hot but it was not at all. Even though its partially an outside venue, there was AC in the rooms, in the bar area, and there was a ton of shade since the building is so tall/3 stories. It really was just a magical awesome perfect night. So many of our guests were just in awe of how beautiful the wedding and the venue was. One other fun note is that they had a space for a food truck to pull up so we had a ice cream truck pull in that space for our dessert and it fit like a glove! There also is a huge parking lot right across the street that is perfect for guests (we had 83 guests). The area around the venue is very clean, feels very safe, and has somewhat of a small town vibe to it which is preferable as it makes the area seem more peaceful. There also is a park right behind the venue that you can walk to for pictures as we did that as well! Access to that is simple, there is a door through the venue that leads out to the park, maybe a 3 minute walk. There is a train nearby that toots its lil ole horn every so often and we were worried it would be disturbing to the wedding but we honestly didn't really hear or notice it the whole night. Truly a beautiful and intimate venue. The whole process felt very organized and so much stress was alleviated because of Hart & Mains' warmth and hospitality. We booked Hart and Main in February 2022 for our April 2, 2023 wedding before construction had even begun! There are many reasons why this venue was our top and only choice. First the staff was extremely warm and welcoming from the first time we met at the Bellisma Bridal show. Jordan and Lisa were the first people we met and answered all of our questions and concerns. As we would visit weekly to see construction updates, we were able to meet the rest of the staff and they were just as warm and welcoming. Another reason we chose Hart and Main is because we were able to have the venue for 24 hours so we could get ready there without being rushed and we pick the time for our ceremony and the length of the reception. One of the many perks of Hart and Main is that we could have an outdoor ceremony and a partial indoor reception. We fell in love with the renderings of the living green wall during construction and were married in front of it two weeks ago. Mike and the bar staff were super accommodating with our requests for additional items and made a mean Mai Tai. Hart and Main also makes a great location for photos because we were able to use the different aspects of the venue as well as William S. Hart Park which is across the street. If we ever have a major life event again, there is no question where we will go. read more

I found Hart & Main online before they were even open in December 2021 for our September 2022 wedding. Going off of renderings, mood boards and talking with the staff, we took a leap of faith and decided to go with the new venue. BEST DECISION EVER! Not only did it turn out better than I could've ever imagined, but the staff was also helpful and encouraging every step of the way. Working with their in-house planner, Tricia, made my wedding planning so much easier. She is a true pro and her team will do EVERYTHING in their power to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. From the bar manager to the property managers, you can tell that the people who run Hart & Main love what they do. After our wedding of about 100 people, every person came up to us to compliment the venue. It was so intimate and truly a gem in the Valley.
