I have no idea what the white stuff inside it is, but it's fantastic. The ham and cheese panini type sandwich was also very good. The chocolate cinnamon roll slice wasn't my favorite, other bakeries did it better, but everything else was great. Staff was very friendly. You do have to pay for a larger bag if you need it. We purchased about $35 worth of pantries that came in a box plus 4 small bags so it was a bit silly a larger bag wasn't just included.

They were definitely delicious and I wish we had a great cafe in Wisconsin (USA) that made delicious pastries like what they had here.
