Toby gave us a very reasonable bid, offered advice for which roads to clear, and did a superb job of clearing the roads so that our ATV could access them. He encouraged us to check out the work and make requests. He understood that part of our desire was to be sure a small fire truck could access the property and he helped make sure that need was met. One of roads he cleared had been a trench where a train track was laid down temporarily for logging in the early 1900s. It was filled with tree limbs, far beyond our ability to even traverse it by foot. Toby completely cleared it so that we now have a beautiful walking trail (and ATV road) through that historic trench.
