He has had the keys for over a year (see pic)!?!?? She has contacted him several times to no avail, she has gone to businesses in Edmond who also use him asking for help, and I have also called to no avail or reply in any way. We tell him we want nothing but the keys to our pain back; he can keep the money he stole (at this point it certainly feels like theft). I…read morewas directed to his Facebook page, EIS Music, and begin a dialogue with him on setting up an appointment for tuning our family piano. Our piano had been through a lot as we had moved from the Pacific Northwest to Oklahoma. It definitely needed a tuning and some attention. Henry was extremely professional and was prompt to arrive to our appointment. He finished within the time slot that he had set aside for us. I feel that his prices are extremely reasonable. Just today he came out to repair our piano that was moved to and from Minnesota recently. Sadly it has been placed on the moving truck on its side. Once it arrived half the keyboard was not functional. We were so worried that our piano would be ruined -but- I knew exactly who to call. Within a few days Henry was at our house checking our piano. And amazingly enough within a couple of hours he had it completely repaired! I can't say enough about how excellent he is from his polite customer service to his amazing ability to repair pianos. Again... at such a reasonable price. If your piano needs tuning, or any other piano service, our family highly recommends Henry. You won't be disappointed.
