I had a broken screen on one laptop, which he was able to replace quickly and for significantly less than quoted by other computer repair companies in the area. He did a great job, and not only was he knowledgeable in multiple areas (such as computer repair, cyber security, and web development), but he was also very security conscious (he had me take my hard drive, not only for insurance purposes, but to ensure that my data was protected). He did a great job on the laptop screen replacement and I actually had him look at another computer that had previously "died" according to Geek Squad and which was going to cost me an extraordinary amount of money to fix - according to them, the keyboard and the hard drive needed to be replaced and the data on the dead hard drive was non-recoverable. Jeff worked his magic on it, and while the hard drive was not fully recoverable, he was able to recover a decent portion of it, while replacing the hard drive (including installing a new OS on a previously well-worn system) all while being very cost-conscious. Oh, and, the keyboard didn't need to be replaced at all. So much for those other guys :-P As it stands, I would definitely recommend going to Jeff for any computer repair needs. I will certainly do so in the future. Overall, he is very knowledgeable - and while he may not have focused specifically on computer repair in the past, his depth of knowledge in multiple areas can make the solution all the better.

Looked at me like I was stupid for even asking that and said he couldn't because they only have letter size printer paper. I then told him that I have had people here in the past that had no issue sizing down an image for me to print.. (mind you I saved my image already to an 8x10 so it doesn't matter what paper size he uses) he then shrugged and gave me the email to send my image to and once he printed it he brings it over and says "there, an 8x10 picture" like in a "are you happy now" kind of tone... and I'm just sitting there thinking oh okay so you can in fact print an image at that size and just didn't want to help me. And then I asked him where to pay for it and he literally turned his back on me and throws his hand in a "whatever" kind of motion.. I'm just appalled that Office Depot would let someone like that work there... not to mention he turned another customer down when I was at the counter... the fact that if I hadn't stood my ground and told him I've had no problem in the past before with other people he wouldn't have helped me.. is super ridiculous. Go to Costco...they have extended coverage automatically and the warranty work has no deductible! I have purchased an 83" Smart TV, 2 Samsung S26 smart phones and an LG Washer and Dryer over the past 18 months, thousands of dollars. Today the Samsung Smart TV blew up and in order to even get an appt I had to pay $107 and sit with no TV for 6 days!!! They're is bo longer a concierge line for Total Tech members and the people who handle customer service are barely understandable with their accents. They make sure you cannot escalate your frustration to anyone beyond a young Store Supervisor. I wish I had read something like this before renewing my Total Tech plan...except for actual Geek Squad, ie, computer people, it is useless.

I informed the young lady at the counter that this was the reason I had brought it in and that I had told them that. She typed on their computer a bit and told me the hard drive was corrupted and they needed my log-in password. I asked when someone was going call me on that since we were already at 5 days and I hadn't heard a thing. She said "Probably next Tuesday..." I retrieved my laptop and took it somewhere else. Too lackadaisical and unprofessional for my tastes, especially with the prices they charge. There are other computer shops in downtown Edmond who are much more committed to customer satisfaction and while I prefer to support my local independent businesses, unfortunately, I will no longer be supporting this one.

Even though I did not have a receipt or order number, Eisha told me they could perform the exchange. I drove to the store, explained the situation and they told me they could help. About 15 minutes later I was told they could not exchange the item. Now we don't have any ink to print critical paperwork and I wasted my time coming here! I would have thought they could work something out, especially after telling me it wouldn't be a problem in the first place. Very disappointing.

Thinking my CPU was done due to my own screw up, I figured I'd reach out to Jake as a last minute save. Not only did he manage to fix the CPU, he figured out the issue with my heatsink, ordered new thermal paste, applied it, and mounted everything with no issue. Literally saved me $400 or so. He was very supportive and informative during the process and communicated fantastically. They charged him $43 for "diagnostic" to say the screen needs to be replaced and it took several hours to "diagnose"... what... When he came back they told him it would be $100 to repair the screen and he said he'll wait to do it since we were leaving to go out of town! Came back a couple of weeks later to fix the screen and was told that since we didn't do it right away the price is now $150 but if we do the screen and battery they'll discount for $260! A brand new iPad is currently on sale for $279.99 at Best Buy. Anyway, we took the iPad to the Apple Store, free diagnostic, and a screen replacement is $130. My husband said, "this is why some local businesses fail for their greed" and wow I couldn't agree more. Go somewhere else! Don't pay for a diagnostic here. The diagnostic is free at the Apple Store and Best Buy! Avoid the rudeness, disregard, and greed from this business! Read the rest of the reviews and you'll see that their service is not quality service. I told my husband we dodged a bullet because of all of the complaints on Yelp that after the screen replacement people have issues with the new screen or start button. I'm not sure how they're still in business because they're overcharging for a bad job and not taking accountability for their low quality service when people complain.
