Since we pay monthly and were only slightly early, I didn't think it would be an issue. Instead, the owner--"Master" Stash--was unbelievably rude about it. As a woman, I expected to be treated with the same respect he would give a man, but he dismissed everything I said and even made a comment implying that my kids "needed a male figure." That was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. It's not his place to make personal judgments about my family. Another red flag was when they pressured us into signing up for uniforms that cost around $800, only to then hand us a "coupon." Looking back, this should have been a clear sign of the kind of business they run. At this point, I deeply regret signing any contract with them. The whole experience feels like a scam, and the disrespect from the owner was the final straw. I would not recommend this place to anyone--especially families looking for a supportive, professional environment.
