When I called back shortly after as I was able to get the information from someone else, she was even more rude. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She also hung up both times without ending the call.

All the staff that helped me were very nice, friendly and professional. I was literally there for 4 hours. Getting every picture I needed printed. She unpolitely enformed me that she could in fact hear every word of my conversation and when I assured her it wasn't private and didn't bother me if she heard what I was saying, she was quick to make sure I knew that it bothered her.
