When I noticed my vehicle was blowing cold air (before I left the premises) I found someone before they all left for the day to take a look and see what was going on. They took off the radiator cap, asked numerous times where all of it went, put a dash of antifreeze in the radiator and told me it was fine and I could go. On my way to work the following Monday my vehicle over heated and the engine blew. I had the engine replaced and I have spoken to the service manager since then and they will not assume any responsibility for this and told me it is my fault. Very disappointing. Had they spent more than 3 mins looking for the actual issue and had not let me leave there that day with my vehicle telling me it was fine, I would not have had to replace my engine.
