When I noticed my vehicle was blowing cold air (before I left the premises) I found someone before they all left for the day to take a look and see what was going on. They took off the radiator cap, asked numerous times where all of it went, put a dash of antifreeze in the radiator and told me it was fine and I could go. On my way to work the following Monday my vehicle over heated and the engine blew. I had the engine replaced and I have spoken to the service manager since then and they will not assume any responsibility for this and told me it is my fault. Very disappointing. Had they spent more than 3 mins looking for the actual issue and had not let me leave there that day with my vehicle telling me it was fine, I would not have had to replace my engine. I had a coworker look at my vehicle and he figured out what was going on immediately (he is not a mechanic)

I brought my car in because I had snapped a bolt in my subframe while replacing the control arm and didn't have the tools to fix the mistake myself. I needed the car same day, and this was the only place with availability. I asked them to replace the control arm and do the alignment for me along with removing the bolt. I received a quote for $1400 dollars to drop the subframe. The worker there had justified his decision citing the gas lines, wires were in the way, etc. He mentioned that this pricing was worst case scenario, if the "professional mechanics" snaps the other 6 bolts. Never heard of anyone quoting on the bases of every bolt snapping and charging an hour of labor per bolt. I took the car to Sweet's Auto, and they finished the job in 4 hours. Control Arm, Alignment, and Bolt. They charged $400 for the same job. $1000 difference in pricing in excusable. Take your vehicle somewhere else, I wouldn't trust these guys.
