The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Overall, Brockhaus is a solid place to buy or sell watches, and I've always left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommended.

The lady behind the desk waved me off and said "that is included" when I came back to get the ring, they didn't try to match up the details at all, and refused to give me back the pieces stating "included means that the jewelry shop keeps the pieces" and they were "too small" anyway. To resize a ring from 9.5-7.5, there's almost 1/2 a centimeter taken off. There's plenty to give back. The manager just lied about it instead to keep the metal, which I did not get a credit for. If the sales lady was upfront about taking the extra metal and keeping it, I wouldn't be upset, but due to the fact that she waved me off and made me think my ask was reasonable, then gaslit me after, I lost a part of an important heirloom to my family.

Best diamond dealers! This is basically an office where you tell the guys (who are identical…read moretwins) the kind of diamond you want and pick out a setting from tons of catalogs. They order several diamonds in that cut, quality, etc and when they are delivered to them you pick the one you want. Then you have the setting done. It sounds more tedious than it is. These guys will save you a ton of money and you end up with more for your buck and feeling that you really customized your ring. H and A are who the insurance people go to for replacing lost diamonds so you know they can't be as corrupt as the chain stores.
