My husband had this gorgeous arrangement waiting in my hotel room. The lilies smelled wonderful and greeted me each time I came back to my room, without being overly perfumey. The flowers were as fresh as the day I arrived - 6 days ago! Since I flew up here I couldn't take them so I gave them to my room attendant to enjoy their continuing beauty. Nancy and Stacy were absolutely amazing. My grandfather passed away and they put together a gorgeous arrangement for the service. I live in another state and so everything had to be done long-distance. I sent a Facebook message to them early one morning inquiring if they could reproduce an arrangement I had found. They responded very quickly with both a message and phone call. I wanted something different for my grandfather and they were very accommodating- they took my picture and ran with it. They emailed me a picture for my approval and even when I asked for them to add more flowers, they were happy to do it. The arrangement turned out beautifully and their pricing was incredibly reasonable. I couldn't make it home to my grandfather's funeral but Nancy and Susan took an incredibly difficult situation and helped me through it. Their customer service was beyond reproach- unlike the two other local stores who didn't even bother responding to my email inquiries. Don't bother going anywhere else! read more

I needed a bouquet delivered same day, but I sadly was late in ordering. It was for a special occasion, and I felt terrible for not ordering earlier. When I called, the woman was SO SWEET and accommodating. Even though the delivery man had already left for the day, she delivered the flowers herself after work. I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet from this florist for delivery. I got the "designers choice" for $65 plus a delivery fee. You can make requests on the type of flowers etc with this option which I did and they followed all of my requests. This picture is 5 days after delivery and they still look great! read more

Could not recommend this florist more!! I live out of town and use them to send my mother/parents flowers for special occasions. They always do an amazing job and my family always loves what is sent! Completely hassle free, you can name how much you want to spend on the bouquet and they do a great job creating something beautiful. The delivery charge isn't much and definitely worth it to have the flowers dropped off! I needed to be flexible in what I ordered because I was so late in calling, but they still asked me what I preferred. The blooming pink plant, pink bow and angel wings were absolutely perfect for the service! Just what I would have picked out if I had the opportunity. This floral company delivered us a beautiful arrangement sent to us by friends for Christmas. At least they may have been beautiful before they were cut! They were delivered with no water at all on 12/19/18, not even an inch!! They were already drooping so we filled it with water immediately and have kept it full since. Within two days we realized that some stems were so short they did not receive water even when though the vase was filled to the brim. The arrangement did not een last until Christmas Eve. We have received cut flowers numerous times before and they have lasted from 7-14 days. I would not recommend this floral business. read more

This was the 3rd florist I called today to send flowers to a friend that lost her mom. 2 didn't even bother picking up the phone and 1 was so incredibly rude and said the earliest I could get them out was tomorrow afternoon for an additional fee. My mother ordered flowers two days in advance and the person who took the order did not tell her they closed early on Saturdays and did not ask for her phone number so she could come them up. I was looking for a florist to provide flowers for my brother's funeral in Mt. Vernon, WA. They were to be from my brother's six surviving out-of-state siblings, none whom were able to attend the service due to COVID travel restrictions. So it was especially important that they be just right. I had a good idea what I wanted to order, and had called a couple other places (incl a familiar "1-800" florist company), with very disappointing responses. So, I decided to try a florist close to the church where the flowers were to go. I was relieved when Mindi answered the phone at Hart's Floral. From the moment we started talking, I was confident that this was the right place. She patiently listened to the description of what I wanted - 2 large matching sprays pictured on their website with specific additional flowers. She assured me that she could accommodate the request. When she sent me photos of the arrangements before delivery, I was thrilled with the results. They were exactly as I'd pictured in my mind. I was impressed that she even offered to make changes if I wanted any, however, none were needed - they were perfect. When we saw the photos from the church, we were even happier with the results.
