Melody's is open until 4:30, and the delivery was to be made less then two miles from their shop, so I thought my order would arrive no earlier than 4:00pm and surprise the recipient (I was actually hoping they would close their shop and deliver the flowers on their way home). To my dismay the order was delivered very early at 1:00pm thus ruining the surprise. It was a simple request that was completely ignored for some reason. I rate this transaction as two stars and not just one because the bouquet itself was very nice. However, the lack of customer service via an inability to follow instructions ruined a very special occasion.
