I was a little worried upon my first class as the instructor, Peter, jumped right in. There's not much explanation as to the background of this type of yoga but each move is demonstrated and somewhat explained as to biologically what is going on. By the end of the class, I was thankful for being naturally flexible and felt relaxed, calm, refreshed. Each class got harder but not undoable. You will sweat. This is a nice place to come do yoga. There's a store with yoga and other meditation-related items. There's fountains and photo decor. Two studios with brightly painted walls invigorate. I still don't know what all the silver rings in the wall were for though. It looked a lil fun and kinky whatever they were (hehe). I was also very impressed that if I missed a class that I could jump in on another similar class occuring during the week when I could make it. They're very accommodating

Kundalini Yoga is unique as a yoga practice; it combines breath, chanting, meditation, and poses (Kriyas) to address everything from a more flexible spine, to releasing anger & sadness, to purifying our minds for clear thinking & sleep. The space is well lit, has good vibes, with nice acoustics for chanting and music. Free mats if you don't have one. The owner & teacher, Uttamjeet, a bright eyed woman with sparkling eyes and good energy, was friendly and welcoming.

I have just started Tai Chi here and I am taking the beginner class. This is an international…read moreorganization and non-profit, so the price is reasonable. They have a seniors rate as well. Everyone is a volunteer here, including the instructors. Volunteers look after running and maintenance of the centre. In the beginning it progresses a bit slowly, but I think it will be beneficial. I am starting to feel a shift in energy. One needs to attend all the classes in the beginning, in order to learn each position. New moves are added to the sequence each time, and with repetition things begin to flow. Beginners can attend a practise session on the weekends, and they appear to offer various workshops, and social functions as well. There is a temple in the building. An interesting space. Eventually all moves are combined and become one large sequence, which I suppose could be done anywhere. I can hardly wait to try it on a beach! It is not strenuous, and is good for people regaining their health and is considered to be a weight bearing exercise.

My kids used to have nightmares almost every other night which became very concerning for all of us. My daughter specifically had most of the nightmares and she would mention she could hear sounds in her bedroom. I invited Reikiriz into my home and as soon as he entered he mentioned that there were spirits present within my home. He performed his rituals within my home when my children were staying with their father. The day my kids came back home, the first thing my daughter said to me as she entered the house was "Mommy this is the first time I feel good entering the house and feel at peace". After speaking to ReikiRiz, he helped me remotely. Almost instantly I started to feel stronger and the fear dissipated. I started to feel calm and at peace and like myself again. I didn't think there was an entity or strange activity going on around me but after talking to Riz in Toronto; he sealed my house that day and the dreams subsided.
