One day I was needing to go to the Overlook area and it was a quick and easy parking job with easy access to the elevator which I needed. Got me to my destination in no time! Second day that I needed to go I was going to an event at the aquarium, and this garage is located right across the street from them so it was super easy to hop out and be on my way. Pricing is obviously what you would expect for a very popular, heavy touristy area. You're paying for convenience at the end of the day. Overall a good garage if you're like me and you're not trying to walk too far to and from your destination.

The garage has a pretty low ceiling. Our Jeep just clears the warning sign. The layout is warren like, not circular up and down, so make note of both what area you parked in and which elevator you used. We returned via a different elevator and although we were in the right area we had to use our key fob panic button to locate the vehicle which was around a couple of corners and down a level. Pay at the kiosk by the elevators before returning to your vehicle.

When we got there a day and a half late, they charged us based on the discounted rate from our prepaid reservation. That was fair and fine by me. SeaTac Park's rates are higher than many of the other SeaTac lots, but the level of service is also much higher. The parking stalls are wide and well lit, and the staff are terrific. Fingers crossed the new ownership keeps up the good work.

I stayed until close to midnight and wanted a short walk to my car without worry. Follow the blue guidelines in the parking garage towards the elevator and entrance you'll need to take to get out and to later, get back into the parking garage. When coming back to get back to the parking garage after hours, the main doors will be locked and the parking attendant gates will be positioned down to prevent entry from outside. There is a security door with a camera and a buzzer, I pressed it and security was able to buzz me in immediately. Constant re-entry is not allowed, so keep that in mind if you leave anything in your car.

However, the whole place smells strongly of urine and there were half-eaten cans of some kind of food strewn about. When we returned to our car after the game someone had broken out my window and probably 5 or 6 others in the same vicinity. They stole what little I had in my car and presumably whatever the other cars had. This is clearly NOT a secure place to leave your car.

When loading up, something fell out of the trunk. The manager quickly got his staff to look for it. He messaged back after they located it and gave me instruction on how to get in touch with onsite staff. All this happened in less than 5 minutes of my call. He mentioned they have onsite security 24/7 which is a plus and provided me with their direct number.

They misrepresent the cost by putting a sign out saying early bird is $13 for the whole day, but…read moresmall print that is M-F. They put this sign out over the weekend to trick you to drive in. Out the door for us over the weekend was almost $30. The parking attendant was extremely rude and of course aware of the scam when I pointed it out- prob a violation of the WA Consumer Protection Act. I will be reporting their business practices.

Parking is self management with driving in accepting a ticket and locating spot. I'm surprised they have electric charging station's but they offer green new deal car charger. Myself I still use gas and I love it. Being directly across from Nordstrom's you can access shopping in 1 minute of parking. Also other attractions are just outside the garage including Seattle favorites the homeless population are available. Wait this is about parking so I will continue. Ok so it's time to leave, your choice is to use the machines inside building which I highly recommend vs paying at the gates. Nothing worse than some idiot that does not take the time to pre pay and holds us other drivers.... That's my experience at the garage! Next!

This is the second time that the ticket machines in the Garage did not work. This time no one could…read morepay and no one could leave the parking garage. The phone number listed at their website was not reachable and no security was around (This was as around 11 pm on Saturday night). Eventually, someone drove through the gate. Otherwise, we probably would have spent all night. This seems to be a recurring problem and the company owning the garage is not doing anything about it.

Never had an issue parking here. The prices are higher…read morethan the discount lots. But the positive side is they pick you up and drop you off at your car rain or snow. Plus paying in advance is a great idea because you need to budget to save a buck or two. Overall, this is still my best parking lot for flights out of SeaTac!
