Never had an issue parking here. The prices are higher than the discount lots. But the positive side is they pick you up and drop you off at your car rain or snow. Plus paying in advance is a great idea because you need to budget to save a buck or two. Overall, this is still my best parking lot for flights out of SeaTac! read more

Great experience here. Booked and paid our reservation in advance. Upon arriving, we were directed to a spot and a shuttle immediately came to pick us up for transport to the airport. They give us a card with directions on how to get back. Once we returned to the airport, we met the shuttle at the pick-up location in under 5 minutes and we were whisked to our car by the friendly staff. Upon leaving the lot, we just had to scan our ticket and our reservation code and we were off and going. The price was fair and the lot was secure. Would definitely stay here again. read more

We've used these folks for years (1~2 times/yr) but that all ended last night. We kept calling the automated number (no humans) and they kept sending vans but they just drove by while we waved. It was night time so I could see into them and they had anywhere from 3 people to being half full. There were only three of us with three small carry on bags but they wouldn't stop. Finally, in desperation, I walked in front of one of them and made him stop. He said he was full (not true) and argued. When it became apparent to him that I was going to move until he let my wife and son on, he finally relented. When we got on there were 5 empty seats and the top shelf of his baggage compartment was empty except for one very small item. Our luggage fit easily. As we drove away, a couple (2 people) pleaded for him to stop but he lied and told them he was full even though there were still those two empty seats left (and yes, there was room for their bags too). When we got off another customer said they tend to only pick people up at the first post and then drive back to the lot so she always goes to the first pickup station. During this time we saw at least 5 "Wally Park" and "Master Park" vans for every Doug Fox van. We could have saved a lot of time standing around in the dark if we'd used them - as we will next time. read more

Whenever I travel, I park at Doug Fox. Why? Their rates are great. They aren't the cheapest, but they are efficient, secure and pick you up quickly at the terminal. I'm a frequent traveler and whole heartedly recommend them! read more

The parking lot is okay, the shuttle bus comes every 15 minutes, but the shuttle bus stinks like ROTTEN EGGS! At first I thought it was the driver, but it is a mechanical problem bc we smelled the rotten egg smell outside when we were dropped off at our car. Absolute worst service. You call and there is no way to speak to a person. Waited over a half hour at the airport for a shuttle back to my car. We were passed by 2 Doug Fox shuttles. There is also no way to launch a complaint. This place shouldn't be in business. read more

Good experience but more expensive than other options, which is the only thing that makes it not five stars. Our usual parking options were full over the holidays and we were able to get a reservation at Doug Fox. Really liked being able to prepay online and have it taken care of, but it was about sixty dollars more for just over a week of parking. They are closer to the airport than other options so that's a plus. Didn't have to wait for the shuttle for either drop-off or pick-up. Overall smooth experience and though it's not our first choice simply due to the higher price, no complaints! read more

I've parked at both Jiffy and Seatac Park and they are nice and reliable, but sometimes they are overpriced. Decided to give Fox a try because they were significantly cheaper and was surprised. A shuttle picked us up quickly and they are much closer to the airport than the other two lots. Getting in and out are a breeze. The one thing that's a bummer is that when you leave Seatac Park, they always give you a bottle of water per person in the car. We didn't get that at Fox and it was harder to get to the freeway from there compared to Seatac Park, ut otherwise, I'll definitely park at Fox again. read more

We had a great experience here! The weekly price was very competitive compared to other lots but this lot is extremely close to the airport. Probably the closest to the arrivals/departures than any other parking lot. (Besides the expensive parking at the airport.) The shuttles come very quick and often. Like unusually fast. Our gas tank was emptied while we were gone for 4 days. The staff didn't even offer to drive us to get gas. So my partner walked to the gas station in the rain while I sat in the car with both kids, which one has a disability and needed to get home asap. Unacceptable. Not safe. Left car for a week. Pre-paid. Right as we parked my car, a shuttle was already there to take us to the airport. When coming home, shuttle was ready and quickly took us to my car. I always worry about leaving my car and I trust the security at Doug Fox. Very affordable too. read more

Watched TWO shuttles pass me by as I tried to flag them down for a pickup back to my vehicle. I requested an online shuttle twice after this and waited another 20 minutes. Finally, a shuttle appeared on the other side of the pickup area. The driver reluctantly opened the door and told me he wasn't supposed to pick up from that location. I got on anyway and told him I'd requested a pickup twice. When he dropped me off at my vehicle, he sat in his seat while I lugged my 40 lb bag off the van. Another passenger had to offer to help me. This is not the first time I've had unacceptable customer service. Won't return and don't recommend. read more

Used Doug Fox parking 4 times now and overall great service. It's what we recommend to our friends as well. Parking has been safe every time for us and best priced for the area. Short quick shuttle ride to the airport and there's usually a van ready waiting to pick you up from your car. When I returned at 4pm on a Monday, I submitted online where I was waiting for the pick-up shuttle, waited about 15 minutes. Driver helped with my bag both times. Why did I just find out about Doug Fox Airport Parking?! I have been parking in the direct airport parking lots for the longest time and paid the $20+ dollars a day for the convenience of being able to walk from the lot directly into the airport. Recently the airport parking fees went up substantially and I just couldn't see myself paying $30+ a day for parking since I usually park for 5 or more days at a time. It's becoming rarer that the Seatac airport offers weekly discounts so I decided to look around the area to the parking that had the best reviews. I saw a few other lots that had Groupons available but the reviews for those lots weren't that great. Doug Fox seemed to have a consistently positive set of reviews, so I decided to try them out. I booked online which made it easy and then the parking booth attendant told me to follow the signs to an empty space and that the shuttle would come get me. I did as I was told and literally as I was closing my door to go around to the other side of my car to get my luggage, the shuttle driver came and handed me a parking spot ticket and waited for me to get on the shuttle. I actually kind of laughed a bit because it's like they stalk you until you find a spot and then there is no waiting to get on the shuttle. It was funny to just have the van creep up on ya. Of course, the trip to the airport is short and then it was off to the bag drop and then TSA. I returned from my trips 14 days later on a red-eye flight from Tampa and followed the instruction on my email confirmation and went down to call the shuttle from the courtesy phone in the shuttle/hotel transportation area. I think you can call from your cell phone as well. Service was prompt and the van driver arrived to pick me up about 5-8 minutes after I called. Since I left my parking spot ticket on the dash of my car since the original shuttle driver told me too, we have a hard time finding my car. So, I suggest you take a photo of your ticket so it's easier to find your car. The shuttle driver was so patient as we turned down almost every aisle. I clicked my key fob alert vigorously to hopefully spur my car to flash its lights in joy of my return. Luckily, the driver remembered seeing a car that fit my car's description when he dropped some people off earlier and after about 20 minutes we finally found my car safe and sound. I showed the parking booth attendant the barcode on my phone for pre-payment and I was on my way. I would definitely use Doug Fox again in a heartbeat. I've been parking here for years (back when they were a Boeing-preferred). Learned my lesson this time - don't ever wait at Pickup area 3. Here's a hint for Doug Fox - there are more than just Alaska Airlines passengers needing pickup! We watched the first bus go by - full. Second one - full, but said there was a bus right behind him. Sure, there was - but it was full too. So we walked to Pickup area 1. Should have picked 1A, not 1C. Fourth bus was about to go by, until a guy stood in the middle of the road to stop him. That was the FOURTH bus, after waiting 45 minutes. This was at 9:15 pm on a Sunday night, a couple of weeks ago. Going to have to seriously consider Masterpark next time. read more

Our family of 4 parked here for several days, our first time parking here, when we left town to visit family. I made a reservation online to reserve a spot and to know our rate ahead of time. We wanted to get to the airport by 5AM. The shuttles were running frequently and were easy to use. The drivers were friendly, too. Our car was safe. I liked that I kept my keys with us and didn't have to leave them there. The parking lot is close to the airport, too. I certainly recommend them. The back glass of my vehicle was smashed out while parked here. I was gone for a week and when I came back to it the "Manager" on duty had no idea it had been smashed out and based on how the interior of my vehicle looked, it appeared as though it had been broken out for several days as the elements had taken their toll on my interior. The "manager" decided to comp my parking for the week (roughly a $90 value) but informed me that this place is a "park at your own risk" facility and they would not be covering anything else. He compared it to a door ding, which I found to be absurd. Door dings are the price of admission to any parking lot, vandalism is not. I expected better. I expected that at the very least they would have noticed the glass was broken out and cover it for me until I got home instead of just leaving it. I filed a police report on the vandalism but as expected, there are no cameras that cover where my car was parked so that didn't go anywhere. When I reached out to Doug Fox via their website, I received this reply: Hello, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause you but Doug Fox Parking is a self-park facility where the general public may park, lock and take their keys. While there is a fee for use of a parking space Doug Fox does not take possession of the vehicle and/or its contents and no bailment is created. We are not liable for damage or theft unless it occurs through the sole negligence of our staff. Thank you for choosing Doug Fox Parking. So long story short, your vehicle will be just as safe parked on the side of the highway as it will be at Doug Fox parking. read more

Used to be, Doug Fox was the gold standard in off-site parking for SeaTac airport. But oh, how the mighty have fallen. Access to their lot has gotten worse, mostly through no fault of their own, but rather due to changes in the SeaTac traffic patterns, the new cell phone pickup lot, and ongoing construction in the vicinity. If it were just that, I could overlook some of the hassle. But the *one* thing that any off-site parking site must do well is deliver travelers to and from their car. And Doug Fox just completely *sucks* at this these days. Prepare to stand around by your car for way too long before getting your ride to the airport. But even worse, when you get back from your trip, don't be surprised if it takes 20 minutes for the van to show up, and then when it does show up, to find that it's very crowded and the driver refuses to let you get on, telling you to wait for the next one. Which will also take another 20 minutes and which will also be so crowded you're refused access again. My last trip using Doug Fox, it took over an hour from the time I got to the shuttle loading zone to the time I was actually able to get on the shuttle. And even then, I accomplished that only by walking all the way from the loading zone lane where my airline is, down to the front, so I could jump ahead of the other passengers also waiting (who then, of course, received the same awful treatment I'd been getting). I can get crappy treatment like that from any of the services. No reason for me to fight the traffic to get into and out of the Doug Fox lot for that. read more

I was supposed to be gone an extra week to Maui. Because of the fire in Maui our trip was cut short. I had paid for 2 weeks in advance. Sadly we had to come home early since our resort in Maui was in Lahaina and was not accessible so we had no other choice but leave Hawaii. I asked if I could possibly get reimbursed for the days I was not going to be in their lot and they said no I lose that money. I feel it's very unfair that I could not stay on my trip because a natural disaster occurred. I usually love parking at Doug Fox but this really is going to make my family and I question if we want to park here again. read more
