We found Ajax Parking R Us eons ago when they offered coupons via AAA. It was the best deal in town back then. In time, they eliminated the coupons to fixed pricing. Recently, they increased price to $12.99 from $10.99 a day. No loyalty discount, no membership blah, blah. I hope they are not reading this, but it is still one of the better deals around. During the most recent van ride from the airport back to the parking lot, I met a United flight attendant who regularly parks her car there. She validated my opinion about their pricing. Ajax Parking R Us runs fairly bare bones. Driving up, there is rarely someone in the booth. Just read the sign about which aisles to park. During the busy seasons and long weekends, ALWAYS make a reservation. We've made that mistake once before, and they accommodated us by having us park along where the employees would park. We make a reservation 100% of the time now. The van ride wait is typically 5-ish minutes. They tend to run two vans circling between lot and airport. I usually plan for a total of 10-ish minutes from the time I arrive at the lot to the time I arrive at the airport. The drivers are a mix bag of keeping to themselves or chatty. I don't mind either one but actually prefer the quiet ones. At the airport, arriving at the islands, I call their number for pick up as soon as I can see which island I am near. I don't use the courtesy phones (gross) and call directly. They always answer the phone. Thank you for that. Be aware you must use the same credit card to get in and out of the lot. Guard that credit card or you will be stuck! Also be aware that they rarely hand out cards with which aisle you parked. Many people end up losing them. Make a note of it yourself on your phone. read more

Great airport parking option. Email to reserve. Great rates and reliable. Check in and drive in with credit card. Park in the row they tell you. Shuttle comes and picks you up by the car in the row you parked. Ride to airport is ~10 min or less. When you land you go to the island and call for pickup. Mine came within five minutes - was grateful. I got dropped off right by my car. On with my journey and exit with the same credit for the expected rate. Smooth. I like this spot. read more

Great value versus other offsite airport parking. Very quick pick up at both the lot and the airport. Didn't have to wait for either.

We have used AJAX for years and have been pleased. But recently we were told they will no longer pick up customers from the ADA area (handicap designated spots) that are located directly at the airport - not across the street. We were SHOCKED by this decision because it is dangerous for us to use a wheelchair with luggage to move across the street where the usual shuttles run. Plus we were not forewarned about a change in the AJAX service policy == very poor customer service. We found out late in the evening when we flew back from a recent trip - nothing was said when we made our reservation and nothing was said when we departed on our trip. So it was a rude awakening when we learned of this apparently new decision by AJAX upon our return to SEA. The airport still has the required ADA "parking" spots located next to the arrivals/departures areas, so why is AJAX not providing a very necessary service for ADA customers?? read more

My wife and I had an extremely unpleasant experience on Christmas Day, 2024 - this could very well be the worst behavior we encountered anywhere as customers over the past decade. I called at around 3 PM to let them know exactly where we were waiting (island 3B). Soon after we saw the shuttle on the far lane whiz past us. After that I called back twice. The dispatcher woman started yelling as soon as I noted the driver did not bother to slow down or come to the curbside. Second time she hung up on me. My fault was pointing out we were waiting for about half an hour and we saw several companies' shuttle more than twice while waiting. We were utterly shocked and dumbfounded at the unprovoked rudeness and were wondering whether we would need to get a Uber to go to the parking lot! We waited at the airport for more than 30 minutes before the shuttle showed up. But it didn't end there. The driver, a bearded man, was just equally rude and threatened to throw us off the bus. The reason? Just because we complained about the dispatcher and our overall experience (we did not curse or otherwise showed anger - which is why it was even more perplexing!). We have used this airport parking exclusively for the past 7 years. They are a bit cheaper than other lots since they are further away in Burien. Also, we never had reasons to complain about their customer service (until now). Nevertheless, over the past several years this place has been deteriorating steadily - now there is nobody stationed at the gate or the premise anymore, no parking ticket is issued as proof, so you must use the same credit card to exit that you used on entry, and god forbid if there is an issue, you are stuck. Parking space seems to be shrinking. This time when we finally got to our car, there was not enough space for the passenger side door to open (we have a regular sedan). What we learnt through our horrendous experience today is that you cannot complain even if the driver does not care to pick you up - you are at their whim and mercy - no recourse whatsoever. We were told that even after letting them know where we were waiting, the driver had no obligation to come to the curbside lane or slow down - it was our responsibility to make the driver see us and make him stop. The behavior of the staff was far more outrageous than the 35 minute wait. My wife and I have promised ourselves never to use Ajax again. Ever. We have LOTs and LOTs of other options for airport parking - we will happily pay a bit more to be treated with dignity! read more

Price can't be beat but you "pay" for that by having to wait at least 20 minutes for the shuttle.

It's like the best kept airport secret with prices I've seen at some of the other lots - this is the most affordable lot out there. I travel quite a bit for work and this place is great. I have never had to reserve a spot and have been coming here 10 or so years. Docked a star because their pick-up timing has room to improve - you see all the Master Park shuttles stop by, and you are still waiting for your one. I would say it's still worth it. read more

I've been using Ajax for about 2 years now and overall they are good - but not great. The Lot: Pretty basic parking lot, though generally clean and easy to navigate in. The Shuttle: It's a bit unclear how the drivers know when you want to leave the lot. Maybe based on the ticketing machine out front? Most of the time, I've had to walk down to the front of the lot and wait for a driver. I normally travel with a single small roller and a backpack, so no need to have anyone carry the roller. 50% of the time they offer to help bring it on, the other 50% of the time they just sit in their seat. No loss either way. On the way back from the airport, they arrive within a reasonable amount of time. The trip to and from the lot to the airport is pretty short, though it may look longer on a map. Other: I've never had any issues with damage to my car or otherwise during my many stays with them. Price: This is a hidden gem. At $10 a day, it can be about half the cost of many other places in town. I've parked at a number of other lots (Wally, Masterpark, etc) and so far, this is the best value. I'd recommend this lot to anyone looking for an inexpensive parking space during an upcoming trip. read more

Disgustingly rude driver/dispatcher Raymond (Ray) and lack of ADA assistance. Refused to pick up my disabled wife form Arrivals at the airport even though I know the company does that and we were picked up from arrivals before. He was SCREAMING at me on the phone and refused to let me speak to a manager or call one for me. Ridiculous. Can't believe he's employed by this company as service used to be good. read more

Unfortunately, this place has gone from good to horrible over the past year. I probably parked here over twenty different times, usually about 3 days each time, in 2022. As of last week, I no longer park here at all. There are lots of options for Sea-Tac parking with just as good rates and significantly better service. read more

We have been parking at AJAX Parking R Us and its former sister company (assuming so since they were both named AJAX with the other location requiring pre-payment and this one pay when you exit) for the past 20+ years. Who remembers the days when we could print out a coupon online for corporate deals for like $7.99 a day? Yup, definitely a hidden gem with relatively lower pricing than its competitors. Complimentary ~7 min shuttle ride is provided upon parking your vehicle. The driver is usually pretty good at spotting incoming customers entering the lot so by the time you're parked, they'd be ready to pick you up. Upon entering the shuttle, you'll be given a small piece of paper noting which row you're parked at so when you return to pick up your car, you'll be reminded of where you parked. You'll be dropped off and picked up at ground transportation area of Sea-Tac airport. When you're ready for AJAX to pick you up, be sure to call them from the phone provided at ground transportation and let them know exactly which island you're standing around. Note that the credit card you inserted into the machine when entering the parking lot is the same credit card you will need when you exit. That is how your total charge will be calculated. I know this system is an upgrade to the paper tickets you used to receive since tickets can get lost, but so can credit cards. An opportunity for improvement would be to leverage camera technology that can track your in and out time by scanning your license plate. TIP: Email reservations are recommended if you need to park during a holiday, long weekend or any time you believe would drive up demand for airport parking. Otherwise, you may run the risk of being turned away due to a full lot. read more

Have used Ajax a couple times no issues. Made Sure to check online the night before to make sure I could park there. Arrived at 530am and was told it was reservations only. There was no indication that a reservation would be needed until you arrive. The shuttle driver at the entrance was rude and offered no alternative. When I asked for an number to call he said it was too late. Went down the road and got reservation at nearby lot no problem (thank goodness!) all around a horrible experience that led to unnecessary panic for that early in the morning. I appreciate the convenience of self park but I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Love this parking! This lot cost so much less than all the other ones we were looking at. They were also really helpful when my spouse called to ask some questions about how it worked and to confirm the price. A sales tax and per-stay fee are not included in the rate, but they make this clear to help you make the best decision. The shuttle picked us up and took us to the airport right away, and it was less than ten minutes to get airport. They came right away when we called when we landed too. No issues with parking there. We've been parking at Ajax lots for 20 years and have nothing but great experiences. Drivers are always mere minutes away from taking us to/from the airport. The whole SeaTac parking scene has gotten so expensive that Ajax stands out as the most secure and least expensive option. You might find a lot closer to the airport but you'll be probably be paying twice what Ajax charges. Making a reservation is painless and guarantees you a spot even during the most popular travel days. I only wish the spaces were just a tad wider so I can park my full size pickup there. read more

I used Ajax parking for the first time and will be using them for all my future needs. I set up a reservation online for my required date and time, and received a response quickly with a confirmation. They had a $7.99 promo going that you didn't need a coupon for, which was nice compared to other places. The process is simple once you arrive: You go to the gate and they confirm your reservation and tell you where to park. Within 5 minutes we had parked and boarded the shuttle. It was a ten minute ride to the airport (there was alot of traffic, but the driver knew which lane moved quickest, otherwise it would've been 30 or so minutes). When coming back, you send a quick text letting them know you've arrived and someone was at the pick up zone within 5 minutes of my text. Everyone was friendly and efficient. read more

Price was one of the best I found (for daily rates). Their lot is kind of remote and with street construction going on presently (October 2019), it was a bit hard to find. The wait was too long to get to the airport. Most off-site services I've used in the past pick you up almost immediately after you park. Here, the booth attendant called someone and we waited about 15-20 minutes before he arrived. Had we not had TSA check in, it could have been a problem making our flight.... The return was as expected. We waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle. All of the Ajax personnel with whom we dealt were courteous and friendly. Overall, just "ok" because of the slowness in to/from airport shuttle times. read more

My son plays upright bass and we had reserved a park & fly spot there after confirming they would be able to carry him and his extremely large instrument to SEA. The reservation was made at least a week ahead of time. When he arrived, the shuttle driver spotted him and pulled right up behind him in the lot! It was excellent service and very unexpected. It was also a relief because the lot is sloped and he wasn't looking forward to rolling down to the office. read more

This was my first airport parking experience (typically just take a ride share) but was so pleased with the service here I think we'll use Ajax more often! The shuttle service was almost instant on both ends! We drove to the lot early in the morning and upon entering the lot, a shuttle bus was waiting there for us, and followed us to our parking spot. We had our choice of spots, but note that all are uncovered. When we came back, we walked to the pick up island at SeaTac and were just about to call the number for a pickup when we saw a shuttle bus slowly driving by! Flagged them down and hopped on. The only thing confusing was that I think we were supposed to receive a ticket from the bus driver that had our aisle number when we initially parked. We didn't get that, but the lot is small enough that we didn't have a problem finding our car. Last thing I'll mention is the lot feels quite safe and secure. It's not located in a well traveled area and it's surrounded by greenery. I felt safe leaving our car there for the week! read more

Getting there and to the airport was a breeze. On the way back, I followed the instructions, tried calling 6 times, no answer. They called me back, said they'd tell the shuttle driver where I was. I waited over 25 minutes for pickup and in that time saw over a dozen MasterPark and Wally Park shuttles (among others). I will look into using one of those lots next time. read more

But the people are super nice and I've never had to wait longer than 10 min for pickup. Go with these guys! Candice at the main entry point might be the rudest person I've encountered in a long time. For the past 2 years we've parked here 2-3 times per month. Their payment system sucks, but it kinda works. Today I had a situation where I didn't have the credit card with me that I wanted to pay with, so I asked for assistance. She told me to " pay with a different card or go park somewhere else." I guess I'll be looking for a new lot. Also, they've cut back on drivers, so the waits are a lot longer. It used to say 7 minute pickup, 7 minute ride on the vans. This place is tucked away in a little nook in Burien. They have some of the most affordable rates around. I parked here for a few days on my most recent trip. No issues with the actual parking/car experience. My biggest gripe is around the pick up process--they require you to call the shuttle from the "Courtesy Vehicle" section at SeaTac. My flight arrived after 11p, and there were plenty of other people around, but they didn't pick up the first 3 times I called. On the 4th try, the driver answered, but it took another 15 mins for him to circle around. All in all, I must have waited 25-30 min at the pickup location. This experience could be improved by having shuttles run continuously during set hours, and/or having more people staff the phone line. The service needs to be more reliable. But, it's cheap, and that in of itself is a good thing. read more

We've used Ajax twice so far for near airport parking (1-2 weeks each time). The reservation system is easy to use. The parking rates are so affordable. The shuttle literally picks you up and drops you off right at your car and at the airport. We've never waited more than 10 minutes to be picked up. The drive to and from the parking lot is less than 10 minutes. The shuttle drivers have always been really nice and easy to communicate with. I parked here between April 10 - 17, 2024. I had reservations which is highly recommended. Parked in aisle C, the first or second stall. Quite a premium stall. Lucky I guess. Paid $91.87 for 7 days of parking. I think that a fairly inexpensive for Seatac. Shuttle to the airport was there within 5 minutes and at Seatac within 5-10 minutes. (not 100% sure as i can't remember). Returning was fairly smooth as well. I just missed the shuttle as i watched it drive away when i was on the pedestrian overpass. I called the extension and they were there within 15 minutes or so. Nice lady. Might have been the business manager. Arrived to my car and nothing exciting to report. First time ever using any park and go service and my experience with Ajax Parking RUs is very good. I mailed them asking for the quote and they replied couple of days later. So imo it's better to just call them. After I reached the parking, I took the ticket, parked my car and found a shuttle waiting for us to get in. Awesome. So from parking my car to airport in total took not more than 15 minutes. Picking up the car was also smooth. Called the number they provided and within 10 minutes shuttle came to pick us up. Found my car in exact same condition as I left. Parking for 4 days costed my 50$ in total. Taking uber would cost me 140$ in total, plus had to risk my health during the pandemic. 5* experience for me. Highly recommended. read more

Rates are published in detail on their website; taxes, fees, daily base rate. As airport parking goes, rates are very competitive, maybe even good. Shuttle to/from SeaTac is frequent and vehicles are in good condition. Reservations are not required but for busy holiday periods, recommended; done by emailing them, they reply back in timely fashion with confirmation. Camera survelliance of the lot along with high fence; secure. they do not admit large trucks or motorcycles, check the website. read more
